Called Nena to ask for an estimate. She was curt and asked me where I lived. I told her Long Grove. She said that she never heard of it and she won’t go there. She hung up so fast I didn’t get to tell her that I live right by of her clients who recommended her, nor did she ask where the town was. Must have all the business she needs!

Had Nena and her 2 other crew come for after renovation and never had a cleaning person before ever. They were friendly, hard working and got the job done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend them and would probably use again for Spring cleaning which is major cleaning.

I met Nena and her crew in July when we needed our townhouse to be deep cleaned because we were moving to our new home. I like her very much because she is very thorough, hard working, she makes sure everything is spotless, and you’re satisfied with her work. She did an amazing job that I continued her service.
I have my hands full with my 4 boys (14, 4, 2, and 4 month old) and have no time or energy to clean. Nena comes to our home every 2 weeks to clean. When she leaves, our home looks and smells fantastic! She brings her own cleaning supplies, she is licensed, and insured.
I definitely would recommend Nena. You won’t be disappointed.
