I write very few non-restaurant critiques, but since I see EMA has been reviewed before, I thought i would add my raves to the mix.
Marek is one of the most honest and forthright residential contractors of any specialty. If he works for you, he treats you like family. If it is not going to treat you like family, I am sure he just would not work for you.
If you have a roofing problem, or need a whole new roof, call EMA, and before Marek retires and you are stuck with the rest. I know he services the whole North Shore and more.

We just had a roof installed by EMA, who was the subcontractor to Lowes Installation service. We’re very happy with the work! Marek the owner was on site often before and after, and the foreman Sylvester was great to work with. I highly reccommend EMA. I can definitely agree with the points made by the other 5 star reviews on here…

Just had our entire roof replaced. This is the best contractor we have ever dealt with. The price was way below our other estimates and the owner Marek was a pleasure to deal with. His workers were fast and cleaned after the job making our yard look better than they left it. He did the job for the price quoted and did not cash our deposit check for a couple of weeks when the job started. We could not have been more pleased. His roof and contractors licenses were in force with no complaints and is rated A plus with the better business bureau also with no complaints.

Ema did a great jopb on our roof. We shopped around with many roofers and are really happy we chose Ema over the others. They were not the cheapest, nor most expensive, but we have one of the best looking roofs on the block and their work was very professional. Marek gave us the straight dope on how the roofing biz works, and explained the subtle tricks roofers use to try and snow the customer. And they fixed a number of things on the job that I am sure other roofers would have overlooked in the interest of time/profit. Marek is the boss in the field, he was on the job with the guys making sure things were going right.
