CUSTOMERSDESERVEBETTER! My neighbor and I attended an academic competition in the city of Morrow. While the students were sequestered, we decided to do a bit of shopping for home décor accents. After Unilocaling, we realized that there was a Ross in the area and one of the only stores open at 9am which was a very nice surprise. There is no discounting some of the bargains and brands you can find at Ross stores. At a glance, you can easily find items of lesser quality,(usually clothing and accessories), but when you look deeper there are many well-made items that are more than double the price at other stores. Their bathroom accessories are always very nice and they usually have coordinating pieces. I purchased a couple of items for my master bath and also found a unique and well-made wastebasket for my quest bath,(metal in black with silver accents-very difficult to find). I also found the perfect black and silver clock for my exercise room. Everything was phenomenally priced! In addition to bath items, there were also great items in the kitchen and general household departments including large light-up letters,(major trend), cultural art, furniture and great serving dishes and cookware. Employees and fellow shoppers in this store were very warm and friendly. Everywhere I turned, I was greeted as if I was the lady next door. It was a very nice experience. My pet peeve when it comes to stores is uncleanliness! I just don’t understand why it is so difficult to clean up after things begin to quiet down the previous night. These stores are staying open until 10 or 11 and I don’t know why housekeeping is not started an hour before closing. I honestly believe that if the store is not clean, you are not ready for business and should not open those doors. Since not opening at the scheduled time is not an option, managers need to step up and get those employees in line! Rise above the stereotype!

Cashier gave me an attitude because I was simply standing in the wrong line. Why have two lines when you can only use one? & also to the cashier with the dry, short, damaged hair, don’t try that again. Don’t be mad because you make $ 8.00 an hour and hate your job.

This was by far the worst Ross I have ever been to. My husband and I decided to stop in this location because we were in the area and I must say what a big mistake. Upon selecting our items while standing in line waiting to check out a Ross associate proceeded to announce on the p.a. system asking customers to please remove the hangers from their clothing and to please give the cashier any unwanted items. We will never patronize with our hard earned money at this Ross ever again!

Like any other Ross, you have to go with an open mind to find things that suit you. It’s always a hit and miss with Ross. Sometimes I can find some things an other times I can’t. The funny thing is, when you have the money, you can’t find a thing, if you have money to blow, no luck. I was told that the get new items on Tuesdays so it’s good to go on a Tuesday evening or a Wednesday morning, again, this is what I heard. I guess when I’m going in on a Saturday, I’m out of luck. This location was pretty clean and spacious some Ross stores can be a train wreck.
