Papa John’s Pizza

No matter if it is carry-​out or delivery our order is never right! I hate ordering from this location and as a result we don’t use our local Papa John’s that is less then 5 miles away we order and pick up from the one in Stockbridge. My fiancé gave them another chance today just to be disappointed and it’s not even 3 p.m. Thank goodness that my daughter wasn’t too hungry or I would of been upset as well. Don’t waste your time and order from here unless you are going to pick up and check your order before you leave.

I had a pizza prepared and delivered incorrectly. I called the store and was able to order a replacement for free the following weekend with no hassle. I appreciated that very much.

this place sucks, the people that work here are high or just plain retarded. they never get our delivery order
we went in there in person to get a special and were told that we had to order it online. after fighting their online ordering system i got what looked and tasted like a pizza on a cracker and tasted like cardboard with hot sauce on it. i called the manager and he said he would remake the order. after the damage was done then the customer service kicks in, not when i was on MY PHONE IN THE LOBBY struggling to place an order of their no so user friendly web site. if they would have just tried so satisfy the customer when i approached their counter to buy their product i would go there again. when you are tired and hungry after working all day the last thing you want is a bad food experience. its just fn pizza (not even good pizza) i dont understand why you have to jump through hoops to get a special. hell they have screw up my order so many times they have given me a couple free ones already and offered to give me one tonight, i declined it as it would end up where the remainder of the pizza i orderd tonight went IN THE GARBAGE WHERE IT BELONGS.

No. where.
So why is it that when we received our pizza, there was spinach on it. No idea. When we called I was repeatedly told
«We made it right.»
After explaining the order was not what was ordered I was told to call a number in order to fix it and not be charged. After calling customer support getting hung up on and finally walking into the store to get a refund our appetites were ruined.
