K&G Fashion Superstore

I visited this K&G location since it’s sort of in my neighborhood… I will NEVER spend my money here EVER! I had an issue with an item I WAS going to purchase and spoke to 2 individuals that I thought were members of management. They offered me 10% discount which equates to $ 1.00. That’s how you feel about a customer with an issue with an item that I will pay to have repaired? They were very firm in telling me «this item is as is» meaning I could not return it even if i could not get repairs done… These non friendly individuals shouldn’t be leading a pack of dogs… let alone humans! These people are not customer friendly, they just want your money. After speaking with «management» I decided I would not spend my hard earned money in this place… not one dime! I left over $ 100 worth of merchandise at the register and told them to have a wonderful day… trust me it won’t be without my money to add to your bottom line. I plan to contact the corporate offices the next business day. The store is so packed with clothing I’m sure it’s a fire hazard… I couldn’t maneuver though the store without bumping into things the entire time I was there… I may contact the fire marshall… I even noticed a fire extinguishers on the floor and not attached to the wall as they should be! I’m done and will never return to this location and depending on the response I receive from corporate I may not ever shop at ANY K&G!!!

The only ones who work are the male salesperson and the alterations workers. No one is friendly.

Never been to this location before but headed down here since K&G was having a buy 1 get 2 suits sale so there’s nothing wrong with taking advantage of that. This place is in a strip mall that’s not too far from the mall. Other than K&G there really isn’t much in this strip mall. I like this one better in the fact that you don’t have to pick through things to find the good stuff, but this location really doesn’t have that many good finds or at least none that I could find in the suit department. I’ll have to give them a try again but don’t know that I can recommend them just yet.

If you couldn’t tell from my writing style or the manly features of my profile picture, this review won’t cover the women’s side of K & G. I’ve been a patron of K & G for years, and I can tell you that, unless a department store is having a major sale, you won’t find lower prices on men’s dress apparel. Whether you’re shopping for dress shirts, pants, suits, ties, belts, cuff links, or shoes, you will save a sh-​t ton of money. If you happen to shop during a K & G sales event, then you’ve hit the savings jackpot! Not surprisingly, the biggest sales event occurs around Christmas, so if you’re savvy enough to do a year’s worth of shopping in December, then consider yourself a black belt in frugality. As for the big & tall men and those looking for tailored suits, you’re covered too. So if you want to look good without emptying your wallet, there’s much to like about K & G.
