First of all manager Maria Sandoval did not think I was important enough to even come out to address the problem.
I completed a survey from the Chamblee store because I was told that I could get the EQUIVALENT value of a short stack if I completed the survey. So I did the survey and wanted to use the code at the Morrow store.
The waitress Carrie ARGUED WITH THE CUSTOMER (ME) over the $ 4.55 the value of a short stack.
This is my second bad experience with iHop in the past month. It is time to take this to social media and the review sites. There was a time when Made in America and Customer Service meant something. Those times have past. The public needs to know about this…

I love Ihop go there all the time when I’m back home. This Ihop is located right next to Cracker Barrel tough competition. This Ihop was very clean and our server Calvin was good very attentive, got all our orders right without having to repeat ourselves.
The food was excellent. Overall this was a great Ihop

This experience had the potential to be great if it wasn’t for the service. Mr. & I gave direct instructions on how we wanted our food and it still came out wrong. The pancakes were great and my steak omelette would’ve been also if I hadn’t had to pick onions out of it (which I requested NOT to have)! I think our waiter could’ve gotten our order right if he actually written down what we said. Anyway, all in all, it was an okay experience!

The restaurant was only 10% occupied but we had to wait quite long even for appetizer. We had to remind the waiter about silverware. Everything was very overdone: cheese stick appetizer, sirloin tips, florentine crepes, everything.

This is a perfectly fine IHOP. Sometimes when desperately hungry with an empty fridge I will stop in for one of their omelets (yes, I know their omelets have a little pancake batter, but I’m not one of those people truly allergic to gluten), and the restaurant has never been full, I always get seated quickly, the service is quick and attentive, and the food comes out almost instantly. I can be in and out in 30 mins if necessary. Consistently a hassle-​free experience.
