I can’t say that this is the worst location like Jahi said but it isn’t one of the best. Good food fast?, eh not so much. But every now and then you need that grease.

Midtown East, Manhattan, NY
This location is the worst in the chain. Never able to give customer service or take an order correctly. We work directly across from this location and can’t place a «big meat”(chicken, chops or steak) over the phone. Half the time you call for a pick up order you’re forced to listen to someone drop the phone and poorly serve another customer instead of letting someone who isn’t busy answer the phone. This location is the worst ever.

Great stop for a breakfast waffle or eggs your way. This place offers some good meals; however, I find that most of what is cooked on the grill is too greasy.
The waffles are great.
The scrambled eggs are very good.
The omelets are ok.
The hash browns are good.
The coffee is good.
The service is slow.
Other than that it is average most of the time.
