This place has horrible customer service. I walked around the store for at least an hour and was passed by several employees and none of them offered any assistance. Finally, I asked the lady at the REGISTER of a particular tile was available in 12×24 and she had an attitude! After that I was done. Clearly frustrated, I’m walking toward the door and one of the employees decided to stop his conversation he was engaged I. With another employee to ask if «everything was alright»! After I responded with no I’d been walking around the store for an hour and no one has bother to help, he had nothing else to say. REALLY! And here I need to tile two bathrooms and my laundry room; guess I’ll spend that money elsewhere.

I have use them often and will continue to use them but keep in mind «you get what you pay for». Also, factor in breakage. My experience has been 10−20% and when I mentioned it to management they said that was standard for their customers and blamed it on customer mishandling the tile when transporting it home. My tile is deliver on the original wrapped pallets and there is still that kind of damage. I know you usually use the chipped stuff for cuts but this is excessive and you still lose the other half of the cut. I was also told that returned chipped and broken tiles are re-​boxed and put back in stock. So, plan accordingly and plan on a return trip. Your not getting the quality of «The Tile Shop» but your not paying their prices. «You Get What You Pay For»

When you first enter this store, it looks like any other Floor and Décor. A large expanse of flooring items of every variety imaginable. However, there’s something special about this place — it’s an employee named Anthony Nobles.
When I recently had severe water damage after a pipe burst, I decided to spend some extra cash while my insurer was providing an allowance for the existing materials and upgrade to nicer flooring. I went from carpet and linoleum to hardwood and tile. It was a pretty big jump but Anthony coached me on what would blend well, which tint of grout I should go with, etc. His recommendations were spot on.
Not only that, but the man even helped me load all of the materials into my car. Turns out he’s also an expert on how to make 600 sq ft of hardwood and tile along with installation materials all fit in a Saturn Vue. Kudos to Anthony & his colleagues for making this a great place to shop for home improvement materials.
