Really good! My son and I had the pasta! I loved the spaghetti and my sons Alfredo wasn’t too runny or saucy like many places do! My husband devoured his sub! Will eat again!

This pizza was phenomenal. Probably some of the best pizza I’ve had in California. The place is small but the pizza packs a big punch. So flavorful I was surprised by the look of the place don’t judge a book by its cover.

Ive been eating here consistantly for 8 or 9 years now. Once i actually saw the reviews rediculous tourists put on here i had to post. Who cares if the slice is given to you on a papaer plate… its pizza and thats how it should be served! This place is delicious. Pizza, pasta, or subs… doesnt matter what i order but I know its always the freshest ingrediants. Try the lasanga, its huge and feeds me twice, even for breakfast.

Ordered take out at Sabetta at 9pm and got the Sabetta special. They said it would be ready in 15 mins. Came a little early to pick up so i had to wait couple mins but it was so good! The pizza dough was perfect but that’s if you like the crust thick. Toppings were abundant so it was amazing!

I love the little hole in wallness of this place, two older gentlemen were running it right when it opened and had our 3 pieces out fairly fast. I enjoy a slice of pie that you can fold in half and eat as one, great NY style pizza. Crust was good little thick for a true NY but it was nonetheless tasty and went along with the toppings great. All the toppings seemed fresh and not bagged. I’d definitely go back for a whole pie or try some more individual pieces again. For the area I think it was reasonably priced and tasted great. We’ll go back to this one!

The cheese pizza and meatball sub was OK, nothing great but it was edible. The service was far below average. The only worker, an overweight man seemed miserable and was unhelpful and short with us. His demeanor makes you think he’d rather be anyplace else but there. I’m not sure what his problem is but maybe this isn’t the right job for him?

Very gooood food!!! The pizza is very tastey and the crust is thin. If your in Morro Bay and your looking for good food come here. There Italian sub is amazing, the ham alone is to die for. Highly recommend. The service is very good. Everything is fresh. I like to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while enjoy my food. Hope this helps.

I grew frustrated at Domino’s pizza lately, so I am investigating other pizza delivery options in Morro Bay. I am sorry to say that this will not be my go-to pizza delivery place. I really wanted to like it, and could have dealt with the long delivery time, but the pizza just wasn’t that good. I ordered over the phone, it must have been crowded because it took about 10 rings to get through. I ordered 2 small pizzas(light sauce, extra cheese and Alfredo sauce with chicken) and 4 «Mexican» cokes. The total was over $ 30. Turns out the only Coke options are almost $ 2 a bottle for only 12 ounces, luckily I didn’t order 6 like I was going to. We are in the middle of a heat wave, I asked him at least 3 times if the sodas would be cold. I have no ice and needed them to be cold. He said no problem. The guy who took my order said it would take about an hour, because they were busy. An hour and 15 minutes later I called to see what was up, he said there was a Football game and the delivery was just leaving. The pizza arrived a little over an hour and a half after I ordered. One star lost for the lateness of the delivery, the phone guy should have told me it would be an hour and a half, since he knew they were slammed. Another star lost because of the quality of the pizza. One had all the«extra» cheese was on one half only and the crust was burned! The other pizza had some mushrooms on it, luckily I am not allergic. And, of course — you saw this one coming, the third star was lost because those 4 Mexican cokes were warm. Not just cool, but warm. I think they had just put them in the fridge when they removed them to deliver to me! My apartment is 85º and I was REALLY looking forward to that soda! Oh, another thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t get an itemized receipt. I couldn’t tell what I paid for my items. Just the total on the order tag(which had to go with the delivery guy). The delivery guy was very nice, polite and apologetic about my displeasure with the sodas. I appreciate the fact that they have Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken as a topping. Those are my two stars. Check out my pics to see the pizzas.

It’s not cheap, but it IS good. We had both the pesto pizza(OK) and margarita(yum). Bonus: order from the bar Legends next door. That way you can have a drink, shoot some pool, play some Shuffleboard, watch TV while you wait.

We ordered a pizza just the way we like it… no cheese and lots of vegetables, and no meat. We got exactly what we wanted and it was delicious. They were very generous with the toppings, at no additional charge.

My least favourite pizza place in Morro Bay. The pizza is overpriced for the lack of quality, in my opinion. Service is apathetic and indifferent. The cashier seemed to be checked out mentally. Knowing that there are plenty of other options in town, I don’t have any reason to try them again.

Wow. the Basil Pesto Pizza is the bomb… my half no cheese with the best crust ever. This would be new favorite hang out. Being a small resturant with great pizzas you would have to do take out for a large family, but does have about 20 inside dinning. Either way… this is a keeper and worth a try. I’m coming back next trip out to Morro Bay

I’m can’t help but feel let down by this place. After seeing the bipolar reviews, we decided to stop by for their unanimously raved about garlic bread. Last night, my girlfriend and i arrived about 10 minutes before closing and saw that’s its been closed up for the night. No biggie, we were definitely cutting it close so its understandable to see it closing early on a Tuesday night. Tonight, we showed up at around 9:35 and to our excitement, saw the lights on and people eating inside. As we walk in, one of the workers was cleaning the tables. We took a step aside so she can pass us, but we happened to stop right in front of the dish drop off area. She looks at us and says, «sorry, but I’m dropping these off right there.» We step to the side and begin to look over the menu on the wall. A few moments later she tells everyone that they’re closed for the night. Weird, she could’ve mentioned that a couple of minutes ago.

After being curious as to the cute little window located in the back of Legends, we decided to check this place out for the first time… and again, and again! Cheesy garlic bread is a perfect side to an afternoon of drinks, that’s the first item I’d ordered from Sabetta’s. It’s only about 4 bucks and it’s a whole tray FULL of cheesy goodness. There was enough on there to serve, me, my hunny, a couple down the bar, the dude next to us and even the bartender(all inside Legends). The garlic bread alone made us want to check out the pizza so we decided to have it delivered that very night. I called at peak hours and was informed that delivery would be about 45 minutes… no problem. Delivery guy rang our doorbell only about 20 – 25 minutes later and was very friendly and genuinely appreciative of his tip. Pizza was sooooooooo hot that we had to let it sit for a bit. Once we’d sunk our teeth into this pie of delight, we knew we’d found our Morro Bay pizza place. All we’ve tried, to date, is the cheesy bread and the pizzas… but I know we’ll be back for other items thanks to reviews on Unilocal that seem to agree with our opinion that this place is excellent! Great job Sabetta’s! CHEERS!!!

2.5 stars I really wanted to like this place, but they just couldn’t get the pizza right! We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and some garlic bread. The garlic bread was delicious! The pizza was ok in some parts but not in others. None of it was amazing. The crust for ½ to 2⁄3 of the pizza was not cooked all the way through. It was very doughy and you can even see from the side that some of the dough is still that uncooked color/texture. I let the workers know, and they graciously offered to make me a new one. I was hungry so I didn’t want to wait again, but I also didn’t want to eat dough, so I waited the extra 10 – 15 minutes for them to make another one. Usually when you send food back for some reason at a restaurant, they overcorrect for what you complained about, so I was expecting an overcooked /burnt pizza(which I would not have been happy with either). The replacement pizza looked more burnt on the surface, but still have the problem with the dough not being cooked through, though to a lesser extent. It was really late at night by this point, maybe 10:45pm and I had filled up on enough garlic bread and dough, so I just left. The reason why this place isn’t getting less than 3 stars is because the workers were both very friendly. People kept coming in for almost an hour past it «closed» and they kept serving the customers. The place was very family friendly, there were two families each with 2 – 3 kids eating there while I was there. It was one of the only places still open when I was looking to eat at 9:50pm on a weekday, so I can’t really complain it that much.
