We have patronized this Domino’s at least once a month for 4 years. The staff and the level of quality is the highest I have encountered in the Domino’s Universe. (And we’ve encountered many, starting with my college Domino’s 30+ years ago.)
The pizzas are consistently cooked correctly, the staff always upbeat, cheerful and helpful. AND these guys appreciate that folks are trying to save money. If you don’t know about a coupon out there, they will let you know and apply it for you. Ever see McDonald’s do that?
Andres’ service today which finally inspired me to give a 5-​star review. He offered me a money-​saving combination I had not even considered.
For the same price as 2 egg McMuffins, I got 1 large 3 topping pizza to feed the whole family tonight. Puts the 24 hour breakfast at McD’s in perspective, doesn’t it? Thanks, Andres! Whatever they are paying you, it isn’t enough!

Sorry to leave a negative review. They used to be better, but now every pizza I order comes overcooked. The online ordering process doesn’t allow for a comments step where I can ask to have it cooked without a black crust!
The delivery folks are great, and they deliver in a timely fashion, but I am sorry to say that I will not be ordering from this Dominos again.

I was surprised by how good this store’s pizza was! I mean it was super delicious! I live in Cambria where pizzas cost a fortune but are usually rather mediocre. The Domino’s in Morro Bay is now my go-​to pizza place. I’ve never had a bad experience there and the pizzas I have gotten there have been awesome and much better than anything I have had in Cambria or anywhere else in SLO county. The manager is awesome and everyone at the store has been consistently friendly and attentive. It’s a bit of a drive for me but it is so worth it!

5⁄5 Stars for what Domino’s Pizza is.
This store is consistent. They remember everything, and execute the order properly. I’ve never had a bad, poor, or unfavourable experience with this Domino’s — in fact, all of my experiences have been great! The pizza is perfect for its price point. Of course it’s not gourmet — but you already knew that about Domino’s. My point is this: this Domino’s knows how to get it right the first time, make a hot pizza, and give service with a smile.
This is my go-​to food when I’m drunk (and can’t drive), and the driver always high-​fives me when I put it in the special request section of the online ordering guide.

Very good service here, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The pan pizza is the best, and this location in particular knows how to make it. Delivery is prompt & hot, always a really nice driver. I don’t frequent fast food, and actually in the past have hated Domino’s, but over the last couple years have LOVED the Morro Bay guys and the fact that they actually care. Plus, ordering online or thru phone app is super easy.

Just moved here, Never liked dominos, saw they delivered all day so I ordered online the Artisesn, to my surprise it was really good and the delivery kids were awesome so I tipped every time. Lately, pizza gets here 30 – 40 min when I live seven minutes away? What? And it’s cold :(bummer Dominos, what happened? Tried four more times, I like to give chances, still late, still cold :(NEVER again.

Their pizza has really improved, the California veggie was delicious feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes spinach, very tasty, and the Brooklyn works crust is the perfect thickness. They have a Mon.- Wed. large 3 topping special for 7.99, good deal! Over all very good for being a Dominos.

Food is always good. you have to remember it is Domino’s not some fifty dollar a pie gourmet pizza place. They always tell me «should be about thirty min. for delivery but i swear they are already outside my front door when i hang up the phone. Drivers are always very nice and helpful. usally they will give you a killer deal if you just ask. thank you domino’s keep up the good work.

I wish that I didn’t have to put a Star on here at all. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and I’m absolutely never calling here again. The options for pizza in Morro Bay are pretty even across the board, but from a customer service standpoint you won’t find any worse than this place.
The owner obviously does not have standards worthy of a conscious human being, as it definitely does not reflect on the service shown.

Usual Dominoes fair that will clog your arteries full of greasy pizza pie but many many many years this little shot filled with friends of past have delivered me many a pizza when we need that food when nothing else was available. Back in the day this was an okay pizza on the go and was pretty quick about delivery considering we lived all the way in Cayucos and they still delivered to us. Thank you for that!
