Mike has been very helpful to me so far helping me get work done on my camper van. I have come to him rather open-ended and clueless and he has met me more than halfway ;) Rates are very reasonable and I appreciate that he has done some research for me as well to help me find the right solutions. We showed up before they even opened this morning. The fridge in our Lance truck camper was not working and was showing a code. Mike took care of us right away and had us back on the road in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Brian at the counter also treated us well. We were so glad to find them and get excellent service in a timely manner for a fair price. Thanks!

Went in yesterday. Dec 11th, 2015. I needed a part for an outboard. Just a gas fitting. Not a big deal. When I walked in there was a young person(mid-20’s) sitting behind the counter. There was NO one in the store. Just he and I. I asked him where I could find the part for my engine. He said and pointed«over there». When I got to the aisle with the part I needed. I asked him which one he thougt I would need for my engine. Still sitting there with still NO one in the store. He said. I don’t know. I can only help you if you have the model or engine number. I walked over to the counter where he was firmly planted on his stool. Looking at paperwork. I told him. I’ll come back tomorrow with the engine number. And I’ll bring a few pictures too. So today. The very next day. Dec12th. Saturday I returned with the engine number. Pictures with a ruler and behind the part I needed. Pretty simple in my mind. And mind you. There was only three size choices. I had it measured perfectly too. I told the person behind the counter. I’ve got everything we need to get the right part needed. And by the way. This was a $ 30 part. I took the two fittings that were closes to my pictures and ruler over to the counter. I said to him. Which one would you think best fit? He said. I don’t know you need to give me the enging number. I showed him the picture of the only number on the engine. Then I showed him the picture of the part with the ruler showing the exact size. He stopped writing looked at me, Not the picture and said. I need a engine number. I looked at him and said. Thanks. I’ll order it online and walked out. Bottom line. I will never give my business to Morro Bay RV& Marine again. Even if it’s just minutes from my home in Cayucos. I’ll drive to Baturms at Lake Nacimiento or the place in Atascadero off the 101. Now that I look at the big picture I can see why I was the only person in the store.

I can honestly say that I don’t think I have ever been treated so terribly in a place of business. The guy I was seeking help from was very rude, short tempered, and couldn’t be bothered to assist me. I will NEVER return here, and will make sure to tell all of my friends about the hateful employees working here.

Great place. Went in with a 201233′ Class A with a mystery electrical problem that was causing multiple issues. They could have easily charged a huge diagnostic and repair bill for sorting it out. That’s just how some facilities are with mystery problems. And I have been in the automotive industry for 25 years. So I got the diagnosis, authorized the repair and got the coach back in 2 days. Completely fixed. Along with a couple other items found. All for $ 500.00. I was more than impressed with Mike’s knowledge, speed and honesty. Highly recommend.

Mike and Dennis couldn’t have treated us any better. Our gas oven in our trailer wasn’t lighting and we needed help. They did some great trouble shooting and solved the problem quickly, kindly, and professionally. We are back on the road again and will be eating well, thanks to Mike and the wizard, Dennis. We come through here about once a year. They will be our go-to guys in the future.
