Starbucks

I am not sure if anyone actually reads reviews for chains that have a million locations where you know pretty much exactly what to expect, so with that being said I am not sure why I am writing this review, but here goes. The location is good being right off of Davis Drive. It is a good spot for meeting up with people. But it’s quite small and can be hard finding a chair. Sevice a little bit slow.

This starbucks only gets four stars because the bathroom is frequently out of soap and the temperature in the building is always freezing cold. So freezing that I’m beginning to think the employees have a secret plot to keep customers from staying inside to long. They’re trying to freeze us out, but I WONT QUIT YOU STARBS.
Other than that, I like this location and find the employees pleasant, despite their secret plot to freeze me out.

I am a regular at this starbucks, the morning staff is amazing they are friendly and on the ball every single morning; Even when they are slammed they have a smile on their face and greet everyone with a smile.

I go to this starbucks a LOT and that’s because they do it right. The drive thru lane is always packed in the morning, but it moves very quickly. The barista at the window is always very pleasant, and I’ve never had an issue with my order.
I don’t ever go in and order, because of the reasons listed above, as well as the fact that their parking lot is pretty tiny and is shared with a salon next door.
I usually grab breakfast here as well – bacon gouda breakfast sandwich all the way! Always served hot and very filling.

So me and my friends went to this Starbucks and we went 5 mins before closing and I understand that they were annoyed but the man working rolled his eyes and after we ordered he said «you guys realize we close in like a minute right?» And I realize that the workers are tired from a long day but customers have a general right to come in and order something, so the customer service was not very nice and i just found it very rude

It was a great experience. Quick service and the best caramel macchiato in town!

This is my go-​to coffee place, near our doggie daycamp. There of lots of morning regulars so it’s sometimes tough to get a seat. Nisha and her staff rock!

I get breakfast here at least once a week, and at least once a week they get my order wrong. I know it’s early and staff are rushed, but it’s hardly a custom order. Sigh.

I simply have to give a shout out to this Starbucks… I mean their staff. After all every Starbucks can whip up a triple, mocha frappawhatever but the staff here are fantastic at their jobs.
My little story, was hooked on those canned double shots. One dreadful morning I entered and they were out. as the panic in my head was growing the manager suggested they make one at the bar. Many places would simply say «sorry we are sold out» with no solution. Well the creation they made is strangely enough is called the doubleshot… it is fantastic and each morning I stumble in at 5:30 to get another.

2 stars because it’s so so slow. No one was at the register even though I see 4 others being ‘busy’. Note there were 2 ppl in the café, I sure didn’t see a long line at the drive thru.
Oh n this was my 2^nd time at this location and the service was also slow the first time

Friendly staff. Freshly brewed coffee off on some
Days. Didn’t find anything wrong with their pastries. Special requests are honored with a smile.

The service is great, the staff are friendly and what a great location, especially of you get tired of sitting in traffic on Davis!

It’s always a bit confusing to me on how to review a national chain. In the case of Starbucks, it’s not my preferred coffee house as I don’t care for the beans they use for espresso, but I do appreciate that they offer a place to get away when I need one. In general, I’d give Starbucks a one-​star review, but I do want to call out that this is a nice location with a good crew of people working here, so I’ve added a star.
Basically, this is your average stand-​alone Starbucks. Quality of the drinks and food is what you’d expect, and the employees, like at most Starbucks are friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. There are the typical seating options — tables, cushy chairs, as well as a bench and a few more tables with umbrellas outside.
Parking here can be a pain, especially at lunch. They share a lot with several other restaurants which do a booming lunch business. Be prepared to circle the parking lot or steal a space a hundred yards behind Starbucks in the lot used by the office complex.
This location can get crowded. It’s surrounded by office complexes and it’s definitely an escape for many who work nearby.
No reason to go out of your way to visit this Starbucks, but for me it’s the most convenient place to get a decent cup of coffee near my office. I’m not very fond of Starbucks, but given that my other options for coffee when I want a quick break from work are basically gas stations and fast food restaurants, I’ll continue visiting this location.

This Starbucks has extremely friendly staff. Normally I have to take half the syrups because Starbucks is on the sweet side, but this is definitely my favorite one of all in the Durham/​Cary/​Chapel Hill/​Morrisville area.

A great Starbucks. This location is full of friendly staff that aim to please. They have a few comfy arm chairs that are a great spot to sit with a book while enjoying a cup of joe.

If/​when I ever go to Sbux, this is my location. I decided to review after I needed to kill some time (very early!) on a Saturday morning and stopped at the drive-​thru for a latte and some «Perfect Oatmeal». Frankly, it really was perfect! I can imagine that instant oatmeal could be ruined pretty quickly by too much/​too little/​too cold water, but the bowl I received was exactly what I needed on a chilly AM. I topped it off with a little packet of brown sugar and I was a very happy camper. The coffee drinks from this location are always on point and there’s a lot of good space inside to get some work done, chat with friends or meet with a potential employer over iced Passion tea (been there!)
As a former Starbucks employee, I can appreciate this efficient and convenient location. The staff is great every time!

This Starbucks is within walking distance from my house– so when I’m craving coffee, I often head here.
Drinks and service is just fine– like any other Starbucks. However, it’s not open past 10 pm, which is ridiculous is you ask me. Also, it’s always cold inside and the staff always seem to be in the middle of some serious restocking and design changes.
Not the typically cozy environment you’d expect.

This Starbucks location is just about a mile from my work so I stop here often early in the morning.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful even though it’s so early in the morning. They take their time in making your drink so it tastes just the way you want it.

I always stop at this Starbucks when I am in the area. Excellent staff here.
Great place to re charge your tech gear and a espresso for me.
I have never been let down by Starbucks, they have a high standard that all the Coffee Shops adhere to.
Parking here is tricky at certain times.

Nice location, friendly staff, clean. Service has always been good on my visits and the staff very nice. Wifi has been functional every visit. Coffee, food, and shop items have not ever disappointed me. UPDATE: However, the lack of seating for the traffic they have makes me come back and take off a star, still have four though. Having to stand in a corner to enjoy the very delicious latte and danish diminished the experience today (while the displays that took up a vast part of the floor space taunted me with their presence, photo posted). Coffee, food, baristas, still great here.
