I’m incredibly disappointed by this Pizza Hut. I’ve made the mistake of ordering from this location multiple times. Typically, I will receive a call a few minutes after ordering stating that they don’t have something that I ordered. That’s usually not a problem. However, there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. I either receive the incorrect order or something is missing. Tonight I received the wrong topping on the pizza (½ pepperoni, ½ plain… received ALL pepperoni) and they did not bring my beverage. I don’t even know how to respond when the delivery guy asks if he should go back and get the drink. Why are you even asking such a question? I’m so fed up with this location that I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

I wish i could give this location 0 stars. Their new xmas package, 2 med. Pies, breadsticks and a big cookie. We waitted on hold for 15 mins only to be hung up on. Good to see a corporation allow morons like this to operate a store

I placed an order at 5:00 pm for 2 pizzas, and despite the store being 2.5 miles away from my house the pizzas still were not here by 7:30. I finally decided to call and see what was going on and the manager said the computers were down. He then told me my order had to be canceled. Thank you Pizza Hut for ruining my life, I can promise that I will never be ordering from here ever again

The service was awful! I made an order and came back later noticing that the person who took my order, didn’t enter it in the computer. So i needed to take another order and wait even more for food. Don’t go here it is terrible.

After a few months of refusing to take my patronage here due to poor service and 2+ hour delivery from time of order after being quoted 50 min to an hour, I foolishly came back. Order placed at 7:07 with delivery quoted by 8:22 and here we sit hungry at 9:00 pm… Never again!!!

Horrible customer service. More than one occasion our order took over 2 hours to deliver, when we live less than 10 minutes away. Calling the restaurant was pointless, guy on the phone was extremely rude. There are a lot of fabulous pizza restaurants in this area. I will never again waste my time ordering from here.

I give this place a zero if I can, Brian is a horrible customer service person. Called 3 times why a delivery would take 1 hour 30 minutes with no answer. Then the delivery guy spun off when I told him I didn’t want the delivery. First class organization… not.
