This location is closed. It lasted maybe 6 months. They seem to have opened another location on Six Forks Road and MAYBE Fuquay Varina. Very disorganized, to say the least.

We were excited to check out Lincoln Brewing in Brier Creek. Being just a few minutes away, it was exciting to see a bottle shop open so close to home. The place is small, but has a really nice bar in to hang out at. The bottle selection was a bit small, but a lot of solid choices. It’s a nice place to stop after work to hang out and enjoy a beer. I also noticed that they allow dogs inside. I was a little disappointed in their pricing, and service. A pint is on the higher end of anything I’ve seen in the brier creek area, or really anywhere in Raleigh. The bartender did not say hello when we walked in and it took him a long time to acknowledge us when we were ready to order a beer, despite there being only a couple of other people in the bar. We also tried to get a growler to take home, but they would only fill 2 of the beers on tap. I know most bottle shops don’t fill every growler, but that was slightly disappointing since they advertises growler fills.

I’ve been to this location 3 times, and I’m pretty disappointed. On the plus side, there aren’t really any bottle shops that I know of in this neck of the woods, so I was excited when I saw that they were opening. Sadly, they don’t actually serve their own beer(at least not at the time that I went), and the other beers they offer are priced higher than other bottle shops in the Triangle($ 6-$ 7 a beer). Sure, they have some fun stuff, but nothing better than what they offer at alternative spots in Durham/RTP(e.g., The Glass Jug). I asked about their own beer the first time I went in and they explained that they were saving a single variety for an upcoming beer festival. They opened the bottle shop ahead of time to build business. You know what builds business? Good beer at a competitive price. The bottle selection isn’t particularly good. There aren’t many cold options to take home, and what they have is offered at pretty much any bottle shop you’d visit around here. The service varies quite a bit. The last time I went, there were 0 folks waiting to order, and it still took the server 2 minutes to get my order. When she did pour my beer, it was not a full pour. I have a real problem paying too much for a beer and then not even getting a full glass. If I were a teenage girl, I literally could not even. Another server came in after the first and was much more responsive. She even offered my friends and I free sandwiches. I probably won’t return, even though I live within 7 minutes of this location and frequent a lot of other breweries and bottle shops in the Triangle.

Good little beer spot in the Food Lion Shopping center. Nice bar, perfect for after work beers and I dig their Abraham Lincoln theme(checkout the pennies they use as the surface of the bar!). Haven’t bought any bottles there but seems like they have a nice selection. Other things to note: they allow dogs and they have two perfect picnic tables outside for good weather relaxing.
