Bought a game and a cable for the Wii that it turned out I didn’t need. Staff was friendly and helped me return everything.
Very plesant experience.

When you first walk in to GameStop, there is always the obligatory greeting by the salesperson, but it is to be expected, especially since GameStop is a VERY small store in itself. What it lacks in size as far as dimensions go, it makes up for in selection. They have every game system imaginable, plus all of the games to go with them… and more. They are incredibly well stocked.
When we first walked in the store was somewhat empty as far as having customers goes, but within minutes it was packed. Once they get busy, they do get busy. However, the line moved very quickly, and the service was excellent.
Our salesperson did a great job in explaining purchase options to us for our game system, and we definitely felt as if we had a great transaction all the way around from perusing the store shelves, during our purchase, and even as we left the store. We will definitely be back, and are glad to have this GameStop location available in the area.
It is located in the Park West Village shopping center in Morrisville, North Carolina, with parking available outside the store in the shopping center parking lot.

Had issues with my Xbox so I took it here because I had a warranty and they quickly changed it out with another one. I was very pleased with the overall service and the store was very neat and clean. From now on I will use this location for my gaming needs.
