This is basically the Chipotle for pizzas — it’s fresh made pizza YOUR way, good quality ingredients, and has a nice atmosphere. To be honest, it’s a little more than I’d like to spend on a personal pizza, but you have so many topping options that its worth it. It’s also pretty spacious, so it was a great place to catch up with an old friend. We ended up sitting there for a while, and no one kicked us out! Yay. Tip: we both ended up only eating half our pizzas, and while they have awesome half-pizza to go boxes, probably best to split with a friend to avoid leftovers :)

I’ve eaten here on a few occasions, and I am consistently pleased with the quality of the food. The dough is great, ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and the option to choose every topping you want and see it prepared right before your eyes is a really cool concept. The pizza is fast, hot, and perfectly crisp. The staff at this location are nice and the location seems clean and orderly. I live in Raleigh, but I continue to venture out here for some of the best pizza in the area. The best part? they are personal pies, so no sharing is needed.

I am not a huge fan of pizza but my bf is, so I thought I’d make a stomach sacrifice and look up a coal-fired pizza joint and this place popped up. Like everyone said this place has a preset pizza or a make it as you like Chipotle style option. I tried the Green Stripe and it was amazeballs! The large oven they toss it into is open face so you can watch your pizza cook in about 5 minutes, and *poof* your pizza is hot out of the oven and into a box. We ate at a tall table and didn’t expect to finish. The s’more pie they make in store was also pretty good but the graham cracker was more like a biscuit. I will return with a hunger!

We love blaze pizza, I love the wood fired pizza more than those baked ones. It gives that smoky flavor to the crust. The crust is softer and thinner compared to other pizzas. I don’t like thick crust pizzas they kinda become hard after they go cold. The veggies are perfectly cooked. Moreover you can ask for gluten free and customize your own pizza! Blaze is our favorite and we visit whenever we have a pizza craving. We ordered a veggie pizza that we customized. It was delicious !!

I came here for the first time the other day, and immediately went back the next day as well. I love the idea of Blaze: a fully customizable personal pizza ready in about 3 minutes. The moment I walked in for the first time, the restaurant reminded me of Chipotle. A Chipotle for pizza, pretty much. There are menus at the door, and you simply choose either a specialty pizza, one-topping pizza, or build your own. Of course there are other options as well, such as salads and desserts, but I’ve only gotten the pizzas. I think the pricing is extremely worth it, especially with the unlimited toppings option. The pizza is around 10″, which is more than enough for me. The environment is super friendly and personable, especially because they ask for your name when you order and call you by name when your pizza is ready. Plus, you can see how they bake the pizza in the huge fire oven in plain sight. This place is the real deal. I also like how they include the calories of every item on their menu. If you’re health conscious, this place definitely allows you to personally make your own healthy pizza. Both times I’ve been here, I’ve built my own pizza, which usually includes some combination of meats, pineapple, olives, mushrooms, and spinach. They are pretty generous on the toppings, especially if you order a lot. The flavor of the pizza both times have been delicious and fresh. Also, the crust is surprisingly delicious and fluffy, unlike some other pizza places where the crust is too doughy. I definitely recommend that everyone try this place. I’ll be back soon!

Finally made it to Blaze and it was worth the wait! We’re thin crust fans and you can’t beat unlimited toppings on an 11 inch pizza for less than $ 8. My husband and I each got a build your own and we got our little one a Simple Pie which is an 11 inch cheese pizza for $ 5. They don’t have a smaller size for kids or a kids meal but it’s still a great deal at $ 5. The quality of it all was great — not greasy and generous with toppings which were good quality. As promised, service is quick. There was a line of 10 people in front of us but we waited less than 5 minutes for our pizzas. The lemonade is good. They do not have alcohol or tvs. I think this is a great place for a family outing. If you can eat pizza(and they have gluten free crust) there is something for everyone. They have a handful of salad options and I look forward to trying one on my next visit.

Blaze Pizza is such an awesome concept! It’s sort of like Chipotle for pizza. I go climbing at Triangle Rock Club, and we often stop at Blaze for dinner afterwards. They have a few specialty pizzas to choose from, or you could build your own. You start by picking your pizza sauce and cheese. Then you get to choose from several cheeses and as many toppings as you want. The best part is that there are no limits on toppings. The pizza is a very thin crust and the perfect serving size for one person. They have an amazing blood orange lemonade to drink along with it. I would highly recommend give Blaze Pizza a try!

Wouldn’t have thought to try this place had I not seen it’s high reviews on Unilocal. The idea of getting anything you want for a set price seemed too good to be true, but this place did not disappoint! I got the Red Vine, minus Parmesan and plus arugula, and my boyfriend got the veggie. My friend got the buffalo chicken and her boyfriend got the Green Stripe, and we all agreed they were all excellent. My friend and her boyfriend have tried Mod pizza in North Raleigh which is the same concept, but they said they would rather come back here than Mod after trying both. I liked getting to watch them prepare my pizza, and the fact that it cooked in just about 2 minutes! It tasted high quality, and I loved that the crust was thin but not too crispy like most thin crusts. I wanted to try one of their signature pizzas to start, but would definitely go back for a build my own! Either way you can’t go wrong.

We ordered our pizza and salads online and when we arrived they had the salads ready and immediately put our pizza in the oven. This was super convenient and saved a bit of time. We started with the tomato, basil and ovalini salad. The greens were 100% arugula. To me, arugula is a bit too strong to be the only green for a salad. It was indeed very fresh. The thick balsamic dressing was good. I just didn’t really like it. Now on to the pizza. Crust here is VERY thin. One price gets you any toppings you want. We had crumbled meatball, banana peppers, kalamata olives and fresh spinach. The red sauce was… MEH…it needed something. Actually ALL the pizza ingredients were nice and fresh but in no way seasoned. Maybe salt and pepper would of helped ?? I don’t know. It just wasn’t anything special. We won’t be back. Too many other pizza places.

Awesome concept, think Chipotle does pizza and you’ve got a pretty good idea of what Blaze is about. I had done a Unilocal event here a long time ago and finally got back for a paid visit. And it was still on point for the meal. We slipped in late on a Tuesday night so Blaze was pretty quiet but I gotta think this place is usually packed. Up front I went with the Link In pizza(sausage, peppers, onions) with a spicy red sauce. I love how you can customize your pizza to whatever your stomach desires, but given the type of crust they have here(neapolitan-style), you probably shouldn’t overdo it. At check-out I order up a smores to finish up the meal. The pizza only takes 10 minutes or so and it’s a great looking pie. Slightly rolled crust with good sauce coverage. Lots of sausage chunks and toppings. A slightly charred crust shows you how hot that oven is! And it’s a very tasty slice, very thin-crusted and basic. It’s like a traditional neapolitan crust given it’s thinness but not quite in terms of ingredients, IMO. But it’s still a great pie and perfect for one hungry person! So yeah Blaze. It pretty much rocks out the pizza scene here and expect to see a lot more locations spring up which is a great thing for pizza lovers in the Triangle…

When it comes to «Fast-Food» pizza you are not going to find better then Blaze. I’ve tried several other similar concepts and to be honest nothing has come close. These folks have it down to a science on how a to cook a personal pizza fast. I stopped by last week for a quick lunch to go and decided to make my own pizza. I love all the choices you get and for pizza I feel pretty good about eating this. You can have traditional crust or gluten free and pick as many cheeses, and toppings as you want. There were plenty of fresh veggies to choose from and that’s exactly what I was craving. Their crust is so good and came out just crispy enough. I actually think I liked one of the signature pizzas I ordered my first time here better then what I picked but it was still delicious. I wish I lived closer so I could indulge my pizza craving at Blaze more. If you are looking for a quick lunch or dinner that is super fresh then don’t miss this place. You go through a line just like a Chipotle and order your pizza, you tell them exactly what you want they throw it in a hot open fire over and it’s out in just a few minutes. They also offer fresh salads and the most amazing S’mores. If you save room for dessert definitely order a S’mores it comes hot out of the oven and is the perfect treat after a nice big pizza:) Serving size is perfect, the crust is thin and it’s not overly filling. I haven’t ever finished a whole pizza but I can get close. Happy to have Blaze in NC it’s a great fast casual restaurant.

I am a fan of this concept. This place is the real deal yall. 1. it’s CHEAP! I can put however many toppings on my pizza and it’s still the same price?!? I still can’t wrap my head around that. It’s awesome! 2. It’s good. I love the fresh mozzarella cheese, the roasted garlic, and the artichokes! 3. It’s(relatively) FAST! Just make sure to not put TOO many toppings(however tempting it is, i know) because it’ll take longer to bake in the oven, and you don’t want to be the only person in your group still waiting on your pizza to come out. 4. It leaves you full. You may not think that the little personal flat pizzas will fill you up, but oh man I leave satisfied. It’s not TOO much that you feel sick, but it’s definitely not a small size pizza either. Go here! Everyone leaves happy!

This place was absolutely fantastic. The premise is simple, yet awesome — create your own personal pizza and have it ready to eat in less than 5 minutes — all at an affordable price. As my friend so eloquently put it, this place is «a chipotle for pizza». Right from my first steps into the door, the aroma of pizzas coming fresh out of the oven hits me in the nose, and I immediately knew that I had made the right choice coming here for dinner. This restaurant is extremely efficient. You get into line, and you’re immediately confronted with a bar of ingredients. You can get whatever you like, no limit on the ingredients, on a personal pizza(I want to say around 10−12″). After the pizza is made right in front of you, it’s put in a real fire oven for 3 minutes, not one of those cheap conveyor belts that slowly move your pizza through some heated metal, giving you the feeling like you’re eating frozen pizza reheated in the microwave. No, this place truly does the pizza justice — the authenticity and the speed of «fast-fire» pizza gives it a great crisp, slightly burned crust, but an evenly-cooked, flavorful center. I got the«link in» specialty pizza or something like that, the one with the sausages, but I immediately regretted this decision when I saw what friend had ordered — a monstrosity of a pizza. With no limit on the toppings, he created what looked more like a dome than a pizza, and it was«too big» for the server to cut. Regardless, flavor was extremely on point and filling for only $ 8. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area, and will definitely come back if I ever have a chance.

Blaze is my new favorite fast food/quick service place to get a quick lunch or dinner. For a measly $ 8 you can get an 11 in. personal sized pizza with UNLIMITED toppings! I love loading up my pizza with their great assortment of cheeses, meats, and vegetables. I really like the mozzarella and ricotta cheese as far as cheeses and the red sauce or spicy red sauce are my favorites. For the meats, I would definitely recommend the Italian sausage and meatballs. They’re seasoned very well and offer great flavor to your pizza. The Italian salami also has a great spice to it as well. All the vegetables are also really fresh. I was a big fan of the big artichoke hearts, carmelized onions, and fire roasted red peppers. If you love garlic, then the whole roasted garlic cloves will really add some garlic and smokey flavor to your pizza. All the ingredients they offer are so fresh, and you can’t really go wrong with any combination. I would highly recommend Blaze as your new go to pizza place. You get amazingly good quality and unlimited toppings for your pizza all for one price, makes ordering very easy. I have also ordered online and the pizza was ready to go when I arrived. I placed the order online and it took me 10 minutes to get there. Everything came out perfect, and I will definitely be back for more.

I love the concept here. It’s like a chipotle for your pizza! I think it might even be cheaper too!!! I wanted to be creative so I picked every single topping I wanted on my pizza. I think I must’ve put like ~8 toppings on mine? Anyhow, it was delicious! They weren’t stingy on the toppings that’s for sure~ I also liked their smores– it was a cute sweet treat. However, the salad wasn’t as fresh as I had hoped it to be… Service is speedy fast and the seating area is pretty nice as well. It’s like a fancy fast-food stop!

Fresh pizza, customized, and cheap. All the right words to win my heart. After being introduced to this concept a couple years ago in California, I’m very excited to finally have it available in NC. Blaze provides an awesome eating experience, which allows creativity and deliciousness in one place. You can select a signature pizza, or customize your own, picking everything from the sauce to the veggies for the same price. They throw it in the oven for about 3 minutes and you’re all set! My pizzas were delicious! The cream sauce and spicy red were spot on, and I loved the fresh ingredients. I was surprised by the amount of toppings they offered, such as ovalini mozzarella and arugula. They really have something for every craving you have. Blaze proudly serves the Morrisville/RTP area, but I do wish that they were situated in a more concentrated city, such as Durham/Raleigh. However, it’s definitely worth the trip to this awkward area.

I won’t repeat everything that has already been said about it being Chipotle-style…pick your own ingredients, for less than eight bucks… the concept easily gets 5 stars and so does the price! But I will say that as great as this is for feed-the-family-on-a-dime, it’s not a drive-clear-across-town-for-the-best-pizza-ever kind of place. I say that as someone who lives more than 20 miles away, who convinced Husband on a recent cold Sunday night that we HAD to try it because it was getting the most amazing reviews and the pics were phenomenal. Now we knew ahead of time that it was counter-service, more fast-food-like but our expectations were sooooo high based on reviews that we did expect to be blown away. While we both liked our pizzas okay, neither of us felt they were so tasty that we would crave them strongly enough to drive that far again. We love thin crust, but this crust did lack something. However, if we lived nearby… sure, it would be a sometimes-kind-of-place. 3 ½ stars would be more like it for us. I’m rounding up because the concept is really terrific.

I liked the concept and the pizza’s themselves were only $ 7.95 either for the specialty pizzas or the build your own. The pizzas are really meant for one. I chose the build your own pizza and was impressed with the number of options. There didn’t seem to be a limit on the number of toppings one could pick either, which was great! I also had the s’more pizza at the end which was really good. It was smaller than I thought it was going to be, but for $ 2 it’s definitely worth it! Would come back again if I’m in the area.

LOVE the concept. But I would not recommend coming here with someone who goes for the plain cheese pizza. The whole experience will be wasted on them. I went to Blaze for a quick bite for lunch with co-workers and it really was an enjoyable experience. You get to build your own pizza down an assembly line, consisting of a wide selection of toppings(cheeses, meats, veggies, sauces). Then they pop the pizzas into their fire oven. Since the pizzas are thin crust, they cook quickly and I only waited about 5 minutes for it to come out. As for the price, I think it is a great deal. There is no limit to the amount of toppings you can get and the price stays the same! — Which is why I am such a fan. I was only able to eat half my pizza(and a s’more pie cookie). But I did put on a lot of toppings, making it more filling. They do have Signature Pizzas, for those who don’t want the pressure of coming up with their own tasty combination, but I decided to build my own. I piled my pizza with the classic red sauce, goat cheese, ricotta, chicken, spinach, mushrooms, banana peppers, and artichokes. Ok, now for the s’more pie cookie. YUM. They heat it up in the pizza oven and it comes out all melty and gooey(I may have cheated and eaten dessert before my meal — oops :)). Service was good too. They were very attentive and explained how the whole process works. Overall, this is a great lunch spot. It is a quick serve, no fuss, get exactly what you want, type of pizza place.

Only one visit, but a quick review with rights to amend later :) Wife called in a carry out order. Yet when I arrived, they had not even put my pizzas in the oven yet. Turns out, that’s on purpose. They pulled my pizzas-to-be out of a rack and slid them straight into the wood fired oven. 5 minutes later, they were ready. Got them home, and we murdered both of them. My wife got what she always gets, lots of basil and fresh chunks of parm, and I got what I always get, jalepeños and everything else is bonus. Very thin, great sauce — very tasty. From what I could tell, no beers on hand. But I guess that’s OK.
