King’s Butane

I was quoted $ 298.20 for 100 gallons of propane, the bill that arrived in the mail was for $ 503.12. I was not told about additional charges, and when I called up to ask about them, I was treated very rudely. The person on the phone began to tell me it was a favor that they’d come out to service my address, and that they should have charged me more. They offered to refund me $ 35 dollars, but they told me I’d have to find another company to do business with in the future. Believe me, I treated the other person on the line respectfully and was not rude to them in any way. I did tell them that I thought they’d offered very poor customer service (my exact words), and I feel very justified in writing a poor review.
