Came here for a private party so I had a great experience. Everything was taken care of and there were some pretty helpful employees in the background to make sure we all were taken care of.
The place is pretty spacious and there are plants of spa options.
Major con — 85% of the towels were stained and/​or browning. Who knows how long they’ve been out in rotation. Ughhhhhh. Bring your own towel and flip flops!

Wow! Simply wow. This establishment gave me the Mother Russia introduction to the Russian Banya experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone to try at least once in their life. It’s a lifetime experience. I’m definitely going again. Its perfect for anyone seeking an authentic Russian Banya experience.

Only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the banya itself is amazing. I have been coming here many times and usually drop $ 50 – 80 on every trip. The service has always been great. This time they completely changed for the worst. I asked for a menu 3 times. Later I ordered avocado salad. The salad had more onions then needed and barely half of an avocado. I ordered chicken kebab. 2 hours went by and it wasn’t made. When I asked to cancel the order I was told it will be ready any minute. I said «ok». They bring me out «pork kebab» and offer it to me at 10:30 pm at night. Are you kidding me? They didn’t even offer to give it to me for free. I sent it back and said «I am not paying for this crap». So my dinner was spoiled and I are have of what I was supposed to. I think I am done with this place for sure. The service here is terrible.

This was my first Banya experience and it was a lot of fun. My friend and I had groupons for an hour massage and a pot of tea. The massage was amazing! The tea was great as well. The saunas/​steam rooms were relaxing and energizing! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to another visit soon

Used to be a nice and friendly place with great food and customer service, however just as many others went south. Had my 4th birthday party there which was severely ruined in every way. The food was not what was ordered and paid for, even tea which was included wasn’t served, not even water! But as a joke? They put two huge bowls of dried bread on the table! My guests were in disbelieve!
They admitted making a «mistake» with menu but no credit was offered and even worse not even an apology! The reason for 2 stars in place of 1 is steam rooms– they just couldn’t ruin those.
Will never go back nor will anyone I know-​go to Freehold Banya and you will be amazed at the difference.

A great place to come with friends and family. It’s fairly family friendly yet still allows friends to enjoy the day out. The facilities are superb. Top notch saunas, steam room, and cold tub. It’s spacious and all amenities are accessible: towels are everywhere; showers are well located throughout.
In regards to food, the menu consists of mostly Russian and Ukrainian dishes like borscht, kebob, specialty salads, blintzes, and dumplings. There are few other items like southern style ribs. They also allow you to bring your own food and drinks.
The staff is very accommodating. One of the servers, Olga, is a complete sweetheart.
An all around great experience.

Great Russian Banya! If you want to relax this is the best place to do that. The food is delicious there and customer service is great. Perfect place to celebrate any party with friends and family! Highly recommend!

Really nothing but good things to say about this place. The steam rooms themselves are the real deal. Haven’t felt heat like this in Sadynu, Neck Road or Mermaid Spa. The food is also much better prepared and more reasonably priced than the Brooklyn counterparts. The place is new, hence it is impeccably clean and cozy. Service is friendly and professional. Was not too crowded on a weekday which is a plus. I will be coming back.
