It wasn’t possible to give zero stars or I would. They lose clothes all the time, make excuses for every thing, then get rude about it. The women that runs the place is a real witch! Go anywhere else!

They clean clothes in a timely manner and they always come out looking great, but the last time I stopped in to drop off clothes, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I will not be using this dry cleaners ever again because of it.

The store is conveniently located in the Suncrest Shopping Center. Parking is usually easy, but often it’s not easy to back out again into the road because you either can’t see the cars coming, or they just keep coming.
Their hours are good except for the 3:00 pm closing on Saturdays and being closed on football days.
So far my (good quality and expensive) clothes have all come back nicely cleaned and on the date that it was promised to be done. Cindy, who works there most of the time, is always pleasant and helpful.
Their prices are on par with what someone would pay in a large metropolitan city. The prices of goods and services in Morgantown, WV in general are in line with the prices in large cities. There is no West Virginia discount.

I’ve used this dry cleaners about 2 – 3 times in the last 2 months, and everything has come back nicely cleaned and pressed except for one time. I had a shirt come back with a brown stain on the pocket. I brought it to their attention and they took it back for a re-​clean. They think that the stain was do to something left in the shirt pocket. However, after the re-​clean the stain hadn’t come out and their attempt to bleach it out left the colored stripes in the shirt faded. Nevertheless, the accepted responsibility for the damaged shirt and allowed me to get a new shirt at their expense. I respect their business ethic. They provide good service and know how to properly handle customer issues/​complaints. For this reason they have just earned a very loyal customer.
