Great customer service here. Quite and great to relax during the lunch break here. Will come this Starbucks next time if I am around the area.

Met a friend here for brunch this morning and had such a great customer service experience. Every worker had a smile on their face and had great conversation with each other and customers while getting their jobs done right. My drink was just how I like so thank you EVERYONE!

I like this place. My husband and I were welcomed and the drinks were made fast. We were in and out. Yummy caramel frap flat top.

This Starbucks location never has drip coffee ready or if they run out of the pikes coffee and only have half a cup and then will mix it with the dark coffee just to fill up the cup. And this happens to me every time I go there and I drink coffee every morning every day. And they never have the blonde roast brewed because no one put on a new batch if this is a coffee place I would think they would have their coffee brewed in time for a customer. I would give this Starbucks location a zero.

At 1^st mine wife was order stawberry lemonade (not the smoothie) but some how they make it come out as smoothie.
When we ask them thay wrong one. They do it again as what we want with no question. But still smiling with us and accept that their fault (maybe my wife misunderstood about the order at first)

This will be my last resort for a Starbucks fix. Like other reviewers said this place needs a customer service audit. The rudest staff I have ever dealt with. The cashier was so annoyed that she had to stop stacking cups to ring me up. Then proceeds to correct me on my ordering skills then tosses my change at me to where it falls on the floor and she walks away. They’re always out of product and it’s always messy in there. All I can say is good luck at this one.

Came here to pick up 3 drinks for some coworkers. The bathroom was decently tidy — but there’s only one (unisex). The cashier was friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the barista who gave me the 3 drinks and no drink carrier. Then, when I asked for it, she handed it to me & expected me to put all of the drinks in it. Mediocre service… The only positive they have is the layout of the tables, lobby, etc.

The store manager here is extremely cold. She never has a smile on her face. Also, every time I’ve been in there I’ve noticed that she treats some employees differently than others. A friend of mine used to work at this starbucks and confirmed my intuition. This friend explained to me that the store manager would have shift managers do her «dirty work» for her i.e. have them relay her own complaints to employees instead of facing the conflict herself. Overall, I get a negative vibe when I enter this establishment and I think it would do them wonders to hire a happier manager.

I came in and order the large pumpkin Spice latte, a sip through it and found out they only filled it up half way. Really? I got ripped off! I’m from cali, came here to visit a friend. This kind of stuff don’t happen in cali. Starbucks coffee ain’t cheap but in cali I get my coffee filled up to the tip. I am disappointed on this Starbucks!

I love this Starbucks! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had just downloaded the Starbucks app and couldn’t figure out how to load my money on to it so they gave me a free drink (since new user were supposed to get one anyway) and told me to come back when I had it figured out. The drinks are great and they are fast. What more could you want?!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for several years in the early morning getting a cup of coffee. the people there are always nice. but I’ve also been going to privately own coffee shops during lunch time. I found that their coffee was much much better than Starbucks regular brew. in fact when I go to Starbucks I find that their coffee is bitter and taste burnt, or ery gritty. I’ve tried the three different standard types but they’re just not very good compared to going to Red Rock, even Petes is better. I don’t think I will go to Starbucks anymore unless they change. I don’t think their coffee is very good. I appreciate that they developed a lot of different options and places all over the country that offer about the same thing. still it’s very poor coffee compared to European coffee. With a corporation that has so much money you think they could make production coffee just about as good as french press. unless they change their ways I’m never going to Starbucks again.

I visit Starbucks daily to order a Venti iced green tea I always bring my own sweetener (truvia) because splenda, equal is not a healthy substitute. I have never had a problem unless I am visiting the Starbucks in Vineyard Town Center Morgan Hill. My sweetener does not mix well when poured into my tea after it is mixed so I like it put in the shaker.
I spoke with the floor manager (I think her name was Sarah). She informed me it is not store policy and they could not add my truvia which comes in a sealed packet. So I waited for my tea to be made and put my truvia in after.
When I started to drink it it was so sweet??? Not sure why after all the fuss about you guys not being able to add my truvia, a sweetener would be used when it was clear I use a substitute and was going to put it in after the drink was made?
I called to speak to Sarah, floor manager (I wanted to make sure she remembered me) and her response was unless you specify not to add a sweetener, a iced green tea is made with a sweetener. So apparently it is my fault they added the sweetener to my drink, I didn’t specify correctly.
I am very unhappy with the service I received at your Starbucks.

First of all, I’m grateful there are four Starbucks locations in MH. Of the four, this is consistently the worst.
For some reason, this store has been painfully slow in preparing the drinks every single time I’ve gone there, irrespective of how many customers were present. I was one of just a few customers today upon arriving and I waited TWENTY MINUTES for my latte. The humorous part? I had brought in my own milk! (I prefer almond milk and appreciate that Starbucks will steam it on request.) All the barista had to do was steam the milk and add two shots of espresso. When I finally received the drink, it tasted awful (burnt? & salty) and I wasn’t about to have them remake it. Also, the Vineyard location employees have never offered a free beverage card though they always require a lengthy wait time.
A word to the wise, when you want Starbucks in MH, go to one of the other three locations!

This Starbucks is very spacious, had a nice staff and always does well with my drink order. My «beef» (3 stars) is purely because the parking and getting in/​out of this location is not the greatest, hectic and u-​turns, etc. often required. Makes me pass it by for other locations!

I like to go into a starbucks late and order me a decaf… yeah Im a weirdo. Im a bit sad that they had a policy for no decaf past 12 pm. Thats stupid.
Anyways, the bug situation seems to have gotten a little better. They got rid of the couches that were infested with Mosquitos. However, the ceiling fan above the entrance is no longer there, and this location is prime in need of it. Summers approaching, and its right next to a creek. A combination thats bad.
Also, I was there for 2 hours, and I didnt see anyone come by to sweep the floor…

This Starbucks is merely a coffee stop. My Starbucks is undergoing a renovation and so I had to find another location to get my coffee. This location was the easiest to find and seemed to fit the bill. Well, I have given it a couple days to try and get the service standards up. Not so much
Day one, I thought it was just because it was early and a Monday that the service was off, somehow getting whole milk to the condiment bar was a 5 minute ordeal.
So this morning, I thought give’em another shot to provide the Starbucks experience, NOPE still too much to ask.
One cashier who forgot to add the syrup to my beverage, a manager with her back turned to all of the customers, and one young lady who was trying to clean (bless her heart) but wiping down a condiment bar with a dirty rag does not fit the bill. Again for some reason getting whole milk to the bar was anopther 5 minute ordeal.
Nice try Morgan Hill Starbucks, but you missed the bill.

One of my favorite Starbucks’ around! It’s got lost of room and the new renovations make it even more cozy and friendly.

Definitely not gonna get an award for being the cleanest Sbux in the chain… Dirty floor in desperate need of mopping, and my table has crusty cream smeared across the top of it.
On the plus side, the staff is warm and friendly and eager to please. Every customer is greeted with a smile as they walk through the door, and drinks are made expeditiously. Very nice.
Easy parking is a plus as well.

Friendly and Clean. Can get packed but i’m pretty sure that’s due to the area not to the service. I’ve had bad and good experiences. When I had a super bad experience, manager was extrememly helpful, gave me a refund and a free drink.

I know it’s just like any other Starbucks! But this place is within walking distance from my house so that’s a plus. The Baristas are all friendly. The store is neatly kept. My only negative comment is about the bathroom… it needs a major renovation! Also would like for them to extend their store hours for the summer time.
