I went in on Saturday to make a purchase. I was waiting in the line to pay and the cashier and another employee were talking amongst each other completely ignoring the line she had. Her name was Cynthia and I believe she was pregnant. She was on the register next to the self checkout. I waited for her until she finally turned around and she wasn’t too happy to be there. You could tell by her attitude. The other employee talking to her stayed and continued talking. They were saying something about customers lol and they seemed upset. She also ignored me when I was trying to pay. She kept on talking. It was very rude of her.

DONOTPURCHASETOOLWARRANTIES! This company has the biggest racquet since the mob. It is almost impossible to get a repair on a tool because all the employees are intentionally kept in the dark on what the procedure is to allow a customer to use one. I purchased an air compressor with a three-year warranty and have spent the past three weeks getting bounced around from one person to another. Taking it from one repair shop that would not repair it; to another repair shop that would not repair it. The shops were supposed to be Home Depot approved shops. Don’t purchase any warranties on tools.

Beware of runaway shopping carts at this location. Last month while waiting to exit the store at the end of driveway(which slopes about 20 degrees) a runaway cart slammed into my car and caused significant damage($ 2600). I reported it to the manager who reported it to Home Depot corporate who decided they were not at fault. I don’t want to think about what would have happened if that cart had reached busy Pigeon Pass Road with a car load of kids. Sows me what kind of organization this is. I’ll shop elsewhere thanks.

My first time here at Home Depot and after today’s visit it certainly will not be my last! Never in my life have I ever received such EXTRAORDINARY guest service as I did on my visit here. I was skeptical at first because it was my first time shopping for wood slats and I had no idea what to do. Luckily I had my measurements written down and when I went to the lumber section I was immediately helped by an employee whose name I have now forgotten. He helped me choose the best wooden planks to use for my bed frame and had such a friendly disposition while helping me. I came home very satisfied after not only receiving great customer service but at an incredibly low price as well! I had to come back to the store ten minutes later, however, because I found out that one of my wooden slats needed to be cut a little bit smaller. Here is where Bill, a store supervisor, comes in. With only one hour left to closing, he came to help me out with my wooden slats with one problem – the machinery can’t make cuts smaller than 8″! That was a big problem because I needed it to be cut down to 6.5″… After a lot of creative thinking and suggestions, Bill finally decided to take me over to purchase a wooden rod that he cut BYHAND into 8 small pieces so that my two boards could act as a tiny table. That way, I would be able to reuse the wood I had already purchased and reinforce it with a much stronger method. I learned a lot about Bill during the time he helped me during my visit, one of those things is that he is incredibly smart and genuinely friendly. He smiled the entire time, laughed and shared a few stories as he slaved away with the hand saw, and made some excellent recommendations on how to maximize this purchase with the lowest cost! I was seriously so impressed by his service. I never knew Home Depot could go this far and beyond to deliver such help to an unsuspecting guest. I can honestly say that within the hour that I spent in this store, I have never received such outstanding, individualized guest service in my entire life. Well done, Home Depot. You guys are doing something truly amazing!

Wish I could give minus stars, seriously bad service! Went to get an air compressor I tried looking for someone to help me but no one was working on the floor so I went to the service desk and she advised me no one starts to work there till 6 pm in that department, so what no one gets help in the tool department till then? She tried to get an other person to help but no one would respond she asked me to wait, I stood there for 10 minutes and no one ever came. So I went to look for help again because she ended up leaving me standing there turns out they ran out of air compressors and only had the displays and so the man got me the display down so I could buy it but at the front they told me I couldn’t buy it that those belong to the vendors and had nothing to do with the tools and the store had no say so in it… What a waste of an hour and a half looking for help and feeling like I was begging to buy something from them.
