White lady with black hair is really rude. She rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude for asking for ranch. Real bad experience over all. Never coming again!

One a scale of 1 – 10 — 10 being the best — they get a 10. However, I would not dine there. The floors are sticky and dirty, tables and chairs are dirty and the workers were covered in floor. No one wears gloves or hat/​hair net.

Good enough to come back because of their Chicken. Service is fast enough as well. We always took out our food so can’t tell about eating here.

Martha is consistent with regards to making racial inappropriate comments about my child every time we come. Further more, the order is ⁹⁄₁₀ incorrect. I will not be returning.

Extremely rude girl behind the counter. Showed up close to closing, I understand it’s frustrating when people get in near that time… But to be yelled at that they will not make anymore chicken. There was 15 mins till close, still open means you cook till close. We left. Will not return. If you go, be ready for rude attitude.

The bitch behind the cash register is rude as fuck she seems racist and the wait for the food that was already cooked was ridiculous go to another popeyes !!! Not coming here again

Chicken here is Ok.
I order the 8 pc family meal mixed. Mixed means you are supposed to get legs, thighs, wings and breast. I only got 1 breast. If you want to treat the breast of the chicken like gold, then so be it. Keep them all for your friends and family. Management needs to fix this problem.

Why are 10 people waiting for chicken that is already cooked? Took 20 minutes for 8 pieces and 2 biscuits. The entire staff should be fired today. They are useless. Just put a buffet out. I’ll be in and out in 3 minutes!!! I could have driven to KFC, ordered, got my food, and drove back here in this much time. Which is exactly what I’m doing next time I want chicken. This place is dead to me.

Chicken was alright. The wait for chicken already cooked was freaking ridiculous! I coulda caught, skinned, cooked and ate the damb chicken, and still had time left before my order was up. Smh

I have not been back since! Very dirty inside. Had to call main head quarters to file a complaint. Manager and employees wiped crumbs from area where chicken is held and put crumbs back into the the chicken section. Then they took chicken from there and placed in our bag. GROSS! So watch them make your order! Then manager had the nerve to have an attitude when we confronted her. Three words to describe DIRTY, RUDE, SLOW!

Probably the slowest service I’ve ever seen. The girl working the register literally moved like a snail, with about 7+ people waiting for their food. The manager was quicker but said nothing to the young girl moving like it pained her. Waited 20+ minutes for 2 orders of red beans and rice. Will not be back with such poor customer service.

Order taken at 6:50pm recieved food at 7:16pm. Only 2 customers and all I ordered was the $ 5 box… Should have gone to the market bought some chicken fried it myself and saved the agitation…1 star for the 10 «sorry for the wait» I recieved

So glad «Amanda» is gone. Vowed to never come back a few months ago because of her incredibly bold confrontative attitude. I sheepishly walked in, didn’t see her, asked about her. They told me she was fired!!! Now, I can enjoy my Popeyes again without the unprofessionalism.

Service needs improvement and portion size was very small. I went in last night and ordered a 3 piece strips combo and 1 piece drumstick. The strips were tiny and the leg was not wirth $ 2. Ugh!

I like this place and it is so close to being great, but there are many small things that if changed, would greatly improve the quality. First off, the food is good. Better than other locations. Not sure what they do different but it taste right and taste fresh. The Cane Sweeeet Tea is awesome. Love that stuff!
Now to the bad. One of the biggest problems is in expediting. Everytime I go, no matter how unbusy it is, after I place my order I have to wait 20+ min for the chicken that is already been cooked before I even walked in and sitting 3 feet behind the register??? Not sure why it takes so long to box it up. I am not one to usually ever complain, I know it’s easy for unforeseen delays to hold things up but literally all that needs to be done is 2 pieces of chicken and fries to be placed in a box. The delay always results in lukewarm food.
Another area in need of improvement is the cleanliness of the place. Booths are always super sticky and full of trash. Even when it is not busy and no one is in there walking in and sitting into a sticky seat is never good.
Rarely are there ever any straws or lids.
Its the little things that make the big difference…

this first time I went here, the manager told me it was going to be 30 minutes before theyd have any chicken tenders ready. My wife and I were in a hurry, so waiting wasnt an option for us. They had been open for an hour and a half at that point, and they had none prepared? Really? Talk about piss poor management at the time. so we left and got food somewhere else.
the second visit was a lot better, but they had things on the menu and being advertised that werent even available anymore, but wanted. despite that, my cashier and service was quick and friendly.
as for the food, the tenders were decent but slightly dry. Yes, they can be a lot better. Riversides Popeyes is awesome. Mashed potatoes were good, of course its hard to mess that up. The main reason I go to Popeyes though are the Buttermilk biscuits! I was a little disappointed because they werent as gold, crispy or buttery as im used to. Riversides got it down though. Despite the disappointment, the biscuits still blow every other place’s out of the water. I never liked biscuits until Popeyes came along!

Very slow service !!! The line was out the door with only one cash register open. The employees were rude, a lady was calling out ordersand reading the order out before the customer even walked up to get their food.
The egyptian guy (I assume he is) does not speak clearly and he was very rude to me. He acted as if I was supposed to know everything on their menu and how it is made. I asked for chicken strips spicy, and he said white or dark meat and I said dark thinking that they made strips in those choices and he said breast or thigh? I replied «no, the strips» and he started laughing and said no dummy strips are just strips, no dark or white meat … Clearly he misheard what I had asked for. Very rude and bad customer service ! It was as if he was trying to make me feel stupid !
The chicken strips all tasted old and the red beans and rice looked like scraps of the bottom of the bowl. I’ve had better visits ! But that was with old management !!!
The restaurant was also DIRTY

Went in yesterday because my husband wanted to try their chicken tenders. The place was dead, but hey it was 3PM on a Monday.
We both got chicken tender platters and don’t get me wrong, the food tasted good. But we both got sick later. And they tried to charge me for a fish dinner I didn’t order, but the manager refunded me. The guy at the register didn’t act like he knew what he was doing. I had to repeat myself several times.
It tasted good going down, but we both sure regretted it later…

I’ve been a huge fan of spicy fried chicken forever, and Popeyes is no exception. I love their crispy chicken, and my favorite part is that it’s spicy! Their chicken never tastes old or rancid.
I LOVE their cajun mash potatoes w/​the jalapeño gravy in it — there’s nothing like it anywhere else! Cajun fries are also good.
The jalapeño sauce is da BOMB. I love pouring that on the skin for an even bigger kick.
They should offer their breaded crawfish more often tho… It’s seasonal, and it does not seem to last very long. I know this place isn’t called «Popeyes Crawfish» but I’m just saying!
Unlike the reviewer below, I’ve never had a case of food poisoning here, not even close.
And this just happens to be the only Popeyes in the area. Kudos!
