I just signed up 2 weeks ago and I’m so happy with the service all the trainers are amazing they motivate but don’t intimidate they are friendly, within one week i started seeing results. Pricing is also reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

This place is awesome. The staff are really nice to my mom and girlfriend and they even have personal trainers helping daily when they go there. My mom used to go to 24 hour fitness and she paid to much and no one helped her ever. She got a personal trainer from 24 hour fitness and paid 250 for 3 sessions that didn’t really show her anything. Here they train her everytime she goes and pays only her regular monthy fee. I recommend this place for young and older women. Thanks.
