Addie is an AMAZING teacher! She takes the time to make sure you are doing everything right technically and safely. I feel sexy in class and am able to take the worries of the day away and have fun! She switches up class so they are not always the same and forms classes to your level of pole. I LOVE her studio and her! If you are looking to take pole classes I HIGHLY recommend her.

Addie is an amazing instructor! She does such a terrific job of making you feel comfortable in what is at first a very intimidating atmosphere. She will bring out confidence in women that have none, and always encourages her students to respect and applaud each other. Not only is it a great way to learn how to get your sexy on, its an INSANELY good workout, that your excited to do because its so much fun! The next day when you wake up and have muscles hurting you didn’t know existed is proof of how good of a workout it is, and the toned legs, arms, ab, and GLUTES are like an added bonus!
And one more thing… she proves you don’t need to be 100 lbs to be sexy and do all kinds of crazy pole tricks :)

The instructor is awesome! She has a great way of explaining things so that it is easy to understand and she makes it a lot of fun as well. The atmosphere is always friendly, supportive and a safe space to be whoever you are (or wanna be). I would highly recommend this studio if you are interested in dancing on a pole and/​or you want to get an AMAZING workout that is also super fun.

The instructor here is very creative in finding ways to make classes fun and comfortable for everyone. :) Even if you’re hesitant or shy like I WAS, the classes bring out the confidence in a woman. I feel so much sexier, much more sensual… and my boyfriend notices. ;) But the best part of all is that I toned up my body, especially my waist & arms. I feel good, I look good, and *bonus* I dance better!

I Love this Place… I feel so sexy while getting an awesome work out from thee best instuctor on the planet. Addie has such patience with her students as well as making me work to my full potential, encouraging me every single step of the way… I wouldnt trade this studio for the world… Woooo Hooo I’ve lost 8 lbs all while becoming a sexy pole-​dancer.
