Food 4 Less

I had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience at the food 4 less on Perris in Moreno Valley. I have been coming to this store for years and never have I felt sodisrespected. Shopping on Thursday night May 21^st my fiancé and I came to the express lane to check out and as we approached the cashier and as we were unloading our items she stopped us with a nasty face expression and a sound of annoyance she told us «oh, no uh no you got dog food. Go to the other line.» With the same rude expression. She had no one in her lane. And we were next. It was extremely rude, embarrassing, and unprofessional. My fiancé works at a market himself and would never allow that type of treatment and in a means of prejudice. The other cashier looked shocked by her comments and reaction, he checked us out without a problem. I will never return to that store again and I will make sure everyone knows just how rude DORIS the cashier was. She should NOT be working in customer service. We needed our groceries otherwise we would of left our items in her lane just to spite her. But we tried to show more class and dignity than what she showed us. I just hope this doesn’t represent the rest of the company if they’re allowed to treat paying customers in this manner.

I come here often with my mom and it’s very clean and organized and the biggest plus for me is that they have a lot of registers open!

Got my car keyed by the front door within 5 mins of entering the store. Wouldnt even let me see the secuirty camera. This location is unstable with homeless begging for change and hoodlums never will i shop at ANY food 4 less again

This store is kind of dirty. I usually just to Winco bit since I was on this side of town so I guess I had no chose.

Excellent prices but service is not too great and parking can be a hassle. However everything is organized well and always accessible.

I stopped shopping at this chain years ago due to the poor quality of produce. I am almost certain that the low prices are due to the chain purchasing food products that are leftover from the more expensive chains. The prices are cheap for a fact but the size and quality of the produce was just too noticeable to let go. This past holiday season, I decided to make tamales and was shopping for a bargain. This location advertised all the ingredients for a decent price so I gave it another shot. The store was surprisingly clean and well stocked and organized. I was able to find everything I needed for my tamale experiment. The cashier was extremely friendly. The produce looked a little better than I remember from other locations so this location is A-​OK in my book!

The store was nice, orderly, clean. Everything seemed to be in its place, it was roomy and items were easily accessible. Some of the customers seemed to be a little more… worth concerning over. Is that a good way to say that?
Anyhow, my pal and I were on a liquor run for a party so we got what we needed and jet.
