Burger King

The absolute slowest «fast food» joint I’ve been to. Every. Single. Time. I only come back because my kids love it and I love to make them happy. The customer service is terrible and I would rather wait to get blood drawn than wait in the ridiculously long line to order! Waiting for your food is entirely another story. We’re going to have to find another place to dine and very soon.

So I was visiting my friend and she loves Burger King, so we decided to come here. Man I have to say for town that is nice why does their fast food places have SHIT service??? Ok I’m from concord and people who work at fast food paces in concord are sweet and not rude! The girl that was helping me oh my goodness she was horrible! Not sure why everyone was in the back and at least not one person was in the front at the cash register. If your lacking staff hire people don’t be rude and impolite and don’t be only nice to your own race and be rude and mean to others. Burger King needs to have an improvement on their services. Never going to any fast food places in this town ever!

Very dirty and it felt like they didn’t care about what they were doing. The cashier made me feel uncomfortable.

I know I just reviewed this place, but I was hungry and in a hurry, so I went back today. I’m a vegetarian, so sometimes I stop at fast food restaurants for a cheese sandwich. It took them six minutes. That’s right, six minutes to slap a slice of cheese on stale bread. Like always, there was almost no one there. How does this place stay open? Why hasn’t the owner sacked everyone and hired a new manager? Do Not Eat Here. Seriously.

Guy was like playin with phone cable and he was all like what do you want, and he wasn’t listening and he did a bad jorb but food was great #denimchickenfriday (^o^)

this Burger King seems more organized than the others. on the other hand, there’s few patrons here. food was methodically and steadily processed and served.

This place needs more staff members. When i went to school in the area, I was served by the same person almost every time. Other than that though, the place is clean, and it was a good place to hang out with friends when classes ended. It’s a typical burger king, they’re almost all the same.

Consistent and always friendly. Happy to be repeat customers, and for fast-​food, this hits the spot.

Not only can you ‘have it your way’, you can often also have the whole place to yourself! On more than one occasion, I’ve come in and been the only customer there. The fries and onions rings are already prepared and sitting in the heated basket but the sandwiches are made fresh upon your order being completed. There’s plenty of seating inside and an adjoining ‘play place’ for the kids complete with it’s own seating so parents can keep watch while they eat. The play area is separated by a glass door and windowed walls so the youngsters’ noise level is somewhat reduced for other patrons.
Because of how little dine-​in traffic this place seems to get, it’s kept very clean. Clean tables and floors. The soda fountains and ketchup bar are also pretty tidy.
By fast food standards, this Burger King is great. Never had a wrong or incomplete order. And I’ve never had an issue with sickness or food poisoning after eating here. It always tastes good.
Since opening it’s doors, this Burger King has had a revolving door of employees with the exception of two individuals. The first has no name. He is simply known as ‘The Jamaican Boss’. He’s a pleasant, polite older man who I believe is in charge (or at least the lead on hand). You’ll hear him at the drive-​thru and you’ll see him at the counter if you order inside. He speaks fluent Spanish and translates your order to the cooks in the kitchen. Not much else is known about him.
The second is Mark. Like ‘The Jamaican Boss’, Mark is an older fellow. Mid fifties-​early sixties. Almost always wearing a hat. He’s a serious guy with very intense eyes and an unsettling stare. As you struggle to distract yourself by reading your receipt over and over again, you’ll feel the intensity of his gaze burning onto your forehead. I’ve tried staring him down but he always outlasts me. He’s soft-​spoken. On the rarest occasion, a very thin smile will form on his mouth and it’s so unexpected that you’ll be caught off-​guard fumbling for a half-​cooked smile to give Mark in return.
Probably one of the best BKs in the East Bay. Abundant parking too!

I ordered a strawberry smoothie for a friend and specifically said strawberry so when we get to the window the guy gives me a mango smoothie. It was so nasty so I told the older worker who made it that I asked for strawberry and he says
«NOOO YOU DIDNT, YOU SAID MANGO!!!
MAKING A OLD MAN WORK I SHOULD KNOCK YOU TWO OUT!»
We were speechless as we watched him angrily make a new smoothie. When we called back and asked to speak to another employee to ask for his name he refused and said he was having a bad day and refused to let us talk to anyone.
I wish I could give it a 0 star for how shitty the service is

The service was good. The crispy chicken wrap was good. The store was clean.

Definitely a step above the normal Burger King. The service is excellent. There’s a really big and nice play structure for kids, and it is separated from the main restaurant by an actual wall so it’s not loud if you aren’t in there. There is a drive-​thru.
If they had wifi, it would be perfect.

They always forget to give me zesty sauce. The foods not bad but the service is terrible

This is a decent Burger King. It is fast and the food is pretty good.
One thing that really bothers me about this place is that it is understaffed. I have beed served by the same person over 3 times. One time when I came in, there was a big school group and it took forever for me to order and get my food. When I finally got my food, I didn’t have time to eat it and had to rush back to school. But mow of the other times I have been there there has been almost no line.
Also it really annoys me how they give you ketchup packets in the to go bags for your French fries. It’s really inconvenient and you have to squirt the ketchup on a wrapper. Also, the cups where you can squirt ketchup in, which seems more convenient, don’t have lids.

Not sure why the bad reviews of this place. Usually get friendly and accurate service via the drive-​through, unlike at the Taco Bell next door. There’s a dude who works the window there that is the splitting image of Samuel L. Jackson… worth 2 stars just for that. Maybe I can get him to say «get these Mutha****n snakes off this mutha****n grill!»…in which case I’m upping my rating to 5 stars.

This burger king is gross and the employees are terrible! They always get something wrong, and are not willing to ‘give it to you your way’ which I am pretty sure is their motto?
Anyway, it’s always a bad experience at this place. Don’t waste your time.

If Burger King is supposedly saying that «you can have it your way» then WHY DID THEY TAKE AWAY THE SPICY NUMBER SIX?
That sorry little wrap they are trying to con me with with the SPICY CHICKEN is not cutting it.
