Recently I tried Justin’s mango passionfruit caramel at Artisanal LA and it literally stopped me in my tracks. There’s something next level about the texture and the flavors he uses. Maybe Oprah was right about putting these caramels on her favorite things to eat list(of course she was!) It was my absolute favorite thing to eat at the show and that’s saying a lot considering it was a food show. Once you taste these caramels, you’ll stop eating any other brand. Period.

OMG! These salted caramels are absolutely delicious!!! Definitely on my top 3 favorite caramel list. Found out about Le Bön Garçon via Artisanal LA Fall Show this year. I’m glad I tried it. Love me some yummy soft salted caramels(drooling…). You can order their caramels via their website. The smallest bag is 2oz for $ 5, 4oz bag for $ 9, 4oz gift box for $ 13&8oz gift box for $ 18. Personally, I think they make great Christmas/birthday/hostess gifts, even as party or wedding favors~

I work around the corner and noticed this little shop during an afternoon walk. The shop is only open on Fridays. I anxiously waited for Friday to come and it couldn’t come fast enough. These were mind blowing! I tried their salted caramel. It was soft and smooth and absolutely perfect. I will defiantly be making pit stops here every Friday.

After eating the entire bag in a single sitting, I headed over to Unilocal to share the amazingness of Le Bön Garçon’s Salted Caramels. I’m a huge fan of salted caramels so I was thrilled when my sister gave me a bag of Le Bön Garçon Salted Caramels for Christmas. I had no idea what I was in for until I opened the(now empty) bag today. As Lisa T. mentioned, it is super soft and creamy. And it melts into your mouth instantly. And it’s not overly sweet — that’s why I was able to consume the entire bag so quickly. They are sooooo good. If there were more, I’d continue eating. But my bag is now empty. Le Bön Garçon has spoiled me — I don’t know if I’ll be able to eat mediocre salted caramels again.

So, I got this as a gift from my friend’s coworker who lives in Simi Valley. I usually give Salted Caramels a chance because I’ve always imagined them to be AMAZING but I have been disappointed until NOW. It is soft and melts in your mouth. I taste the salty as much as I taste the sweet. My friend, who is the biggest hater of salted caramel everything, admitted that this is pretty amazing. I rationed each chew because I saw the bag quickly losing content :( Well, to prove how much I love these caramels, I finished a whole bag in a day… after trying to ration them! My questions is if you’re going to be selling these delicious caramels in farmers markets near Pasadena? Or how else(besides online) can I obtain these caramels?! I’m addicted!

Received an assorted box as a Christmas gift. The contrast in their three flavors was very interesting, and I think the macadamia nut was the most delicious buttery caramel I’ve ever had. Love the version of salted more than the other few I’ve tried in my day. Would give it 5 stars but I really do think it’s pricey at around $ 50 a pound — if money is an object for you, these are really lovely.

This lovely artisanal caramel online store had a both at the Market at Santa Monica Place that just opened this weekend. They were giving samples of the caramels and I chose the macadamia one. It was very nice and buttery, not overly sweet, and it didn’t stick to the teeth.(How do they do that?) I bought a sampler box that had passion fruit, salted caramel an macadamia. All three were really good. I shall order more online!
