I fully understand the need for rules and fine print but running a good neighbor business is about good judgement. I’ve come to this location and bought the very overpriced ice cream. I came today with my kids to use their buy one get one free coupon earned by fundraising for the PTA. It had expired less than 1 month ago and the staff was unwilling to take it and rude. Not a good business move when you are in a small community and a plaza that nearly every other business has went out of business. Time to take my business elsewhere. Example of a business that needs to use common sense on policies.

I love that this shop consistently has clown cones. The last couple times I have been in they have had a particularly nice assortment. Not always next-​day fresh but not with soft gooey cones either. My most recent visit I also tried one of their fresh-​baked cookies. I agreed to have it warmed and it was VERY good. I would highly recommend these treats with your ice cream if you aren’t already filling up on frozen dessert. ;)

My boyfriend and I are beyond obsessed with ice cream so let alone it just being an ice cream parlor is amazing! Just like every baskin Robbins though it’s such a walk in and walk out type of place. Nowhere to really sit, and the only time you would actually take a seat would be while you’re waiting for your sundae or whatever you ordered. They have an awesome selection of cakes and small bite sized treats for friends and family which is always convenient. I love their Reese’s peanut butter sundae, it’s the only thing I get! It’s kind of annoying that they charge extra for another pump of peanut butter. but whatever. The staff is all pretty cool they place is clean and sanitary so you know that the employees aren’t just standing around doing nothing. Also another thing is the price… it’s kinda pricey but then again it’s a chain and really the only ice cream parlor a 5 mile radius of LA ave in moorpark.
The point is: great service, scrumdiliumptious ice cream, awesome for kids and anyone with a sweet tooth! In a convenient area with a lot of parking, kinda sketchy but no big deal. I really like it. I’m always there. they know me. awkward :)

Ran into this location last minute for a bday and the two young ladies were BEYOND helpful and kind. There was an amazing selection of ice cream cakes even though it was near closing time, and I could not have asked for more attentive service. I was surprised and impressed. Great little location for BR!

Consistently great, friendly service! Store is always clean. New owners are very nice. Only complaint: scoop portions are noticeably smaller compared with other 31 flavors stores in Camarillo and Simi Valley.

Dude? It’s ice cream!

BR has really good banana royal with toppings is simply the best fancy ice cream. the selection of ice cream is the best… Or maybe not. One thing I like is the franchise gets support from people who are always bringing new products to the market so no matter how small your town is you get to try new things like the mini cake bites!

This place is a great place to go when you are in Moorpark. It has been a long time since I had eaten ice cream, but went there recently when I was back home in my childhood city of Moorpark. I love how flexible they are when you come in with a «special» buy one get one free coupon and they say that you can use it on any flavor. Flexibility is key. The new «berry ice cream» is not worth the hype, but their flavors of Rocky Road, Gold Medal Ribbon, Pistachio, Neopolitan, and sherbet along with their great service will always keep me coming in.

Under new ownership the people seem to be friendlier that’s a plus! I like baskin Robbins for the banana split with chocolate royal and caramel, simply delicious. I am happy this place remains open here in moorpark.
