My family and I have gone to this BR several times ever since it opened. We always enjoy the ice cream cakes we get here, and the ice cream is awesome as well. Customer service is decent overall, but it varies among the employees. The place could be kept cleaner though especially the tables.

Typical ice cream shop with bored teens behind the counter.
I found the prices to be a bit higher than the quality of items available, but typical for the area.
The facility was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking.
Overall, and A-​OK place to grab a snack, but nothing to write home about. The employees were friendly, but definitely seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else.

I went to Baskin Robbins on Friday and ordered my dad an ice cream cake. The employees were very helpful. I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of cake to get my dad, but then Joe helped me pick out the size of the cake and the design for my cake. The cake turned out awesome. I also got some ice cream and a shake. The store was very clean and smelled like a fresh baked waffle cone. I’ll definitely be back for my moms birthday next month for my next ice cream cake.

Tonight I went to this location to get ice cream with a friend around 8 PM and it was dirty everywhere, the employees were rude and didn’t listen to my order and got many things wrong. I will never get ice cream at this location again.

Employees were every rude and not welcoming. All the tables were very dirty including the counter that I had paid at. I had to repeat my order several times. I asked for a ice cream cone on the side of my to go order and the employee laid it on the dirty counter and didn’t give me a bag which I asked for multiple times. Needless to say a very unpleasant experience.

What a disgusting BR and a rip off. The two scoop sundae had less ice cream than one scoop ANYwhere else. And then the kid added so much whipped cream that it overflowed, so he took the medium cup and plopped it inside a large cup, which only made a mess. Hopefully this franchisee hires decent employees once summer is over, but I think we’ll head to Haagen Dagz on TO Blvd next time we want ice cream. I guess it’s true: you get what you pay for. I can understand why businesses like these should NOT have to pay $ 15 minimum wage!

Great service always friendly. Also great ice cream. Convenient location. Stopped by after we got some Subway two doors down. I love ice cream but I love Baskin Robbins ice cream even more!!! :) I recommend.

I got to say I only love coming here because of the fact they sell chocolate cover bananas. But they do lack in customer service: when customers come in you should greet them, ask them if they want to taste any of the flavors, and when they leave they should say thank you for coming in or have a great day or night. Also, I noticed most of their tables were very dirty. No one bothered to clean them. Employees were too busy concentrated on back of the house when also should be focused on front of the house. I will be back for the chocolate bananas but I rather take it home than eat it there.

Service was good. I seem to always be ahead of the rush. Good amount of tables but they don’t seem to be cleaned often.
Wish they had a water dispenser, I know lots of place that do.
Love to have the special $ 1.31 deals on the 31st of the month.
Soft serve machine always broken.

Service was fine but this place was DIRTY. There was ice cream on the floor, red syrup and other stains on the counter, and other junk on the door. The young people working there were helpful but this place needs a good cleaning.

I was so excited when the new Baskin-​Robbins was opening in Thousand Oaks. I love Baskin-​Robbins and so do my children. However, my excitement was cut short by the smaller than average scoops and the poor customer service I experienced on many visits. In fact, on my latest visit, the staff person made an error and the manager of this location did not apologize and instead she was unapologetic and tried to over charge me. My kids and I agree that we will drive to the Newbury Park Baskin-​Robbins instead and never step foot back into the Thousand Oaks store again.

By far my favorite Baskin Robbins. This location is big and not cramped like most of their other stores. The staff is nice and polite. And they have a variety of stuff for your tummys approval:)
