Shutters must be painted every year, house dosing pressure washed every month, cause if not, guess what? Your gonna get a letter. You will pay HOA dues for having a filthy pond and a cranky trail, they call a walking trail haha. Look, if your looking for a house in this neighborhood, don’t bother.
