Updated from phone call this weekend — business told me they are still waiting on some clips and screws to complete my repair. I find it hard to believe a grill company the size of Weber does not have boxes or low value items such as these readily available. Person I spoke with finally argued that grill was«functional» and that it was too much trouble for them to come back out for such a small job. I have now disputed the charges with my credit card company and reported them to BBB.

Less than satisfied. Average cleaning and they couldn’t «find» the parts for my late model grill. I found the parts I needed with about three clicks on the internet and did the repairs myself.

Had these guys come by and clean up a grill that was several years past due for some serious maintenance. They were pretty backed up and I had to wait a week to even get them out to the house but once they showed up the two guys wasted no time getting right down to it and cleaned it from top to bottom. The grill plates had zero debris left on them and they vacuumed out all of the nasty flakes that always seem to accumulate in some kinda of weird disproportionate amount irregardless of what you are cooking. The whole service too about a hour and when they were done they recommended some new ignition switches of which I am currently waiting on a estimate. Cost was right at 100 $ for a grill that had 3 burners. The only thing that was a downer about their service is that they couldn’t schedule a exact time to meet up to have the work done. It was one of those«oh we’ll be there monday between 9AM and 2PM» deals. I do appreciate that with their line of work it can be hard to nail down specific times but still is a inconvenience none the less.
