Our 20 year old Sub Zero stopped cooling. The first repairman misdiagnosed the problem and after he left we still did not have a cool fridge. The owner, Peter got involved and went the extra mile to make things right. He came with another technician and they did a major repair which took care of all of my problems. He agreed that the first service call was wasted time and money for me and credited the full amount. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to all of my friends.

Very expensive! We were charged 175.00 for them to replace a seal in our Asko dishwasher. We already had the part. It was still leaking — the repair person said we also needed a tub seal and he helped me find the part online which I ordered. It came but was the wrong part so we ordered from Asko parts. We were told by the repair person there was no need to call them to install it the tub seal as it was very straightforward. The part came, we installed it and it still leaked. Called Accurate and was told by the owner that it was«our call» whether we wanted to pay an additional 175.00 for them to come out again or do it ourselves. We are buying a different brand — the machine is worthless even when it didn’t leak.
