Makenzie has been cutting and coloring my hair for about 5 mos now. I went in as a walk in and she has been my stylist ever since then. She does a great job and makes sure it’s how you like it before you leave. She is great and I recommend you give her a try

Worst hair experience. of my life. I walked in showed a picture of a blonde and red hair style… 3 HOURS later I walked out with hot pink hair and in tears. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK

After waiting 25 minutes for a last minute appointment made yesterday at Salon Inferno on Western, I drove to Tangles and asked if there was a walk-​in spot available. MacKenzie greeted me at the door and took care of me. Sweet, helped me out, and skilled. I’ve never been one to stick with one stylist, but I love my new style and will definitely come back!

Me’Lisa Burgess cut my hair and she did an amazing job! The salon was super cute and very friendly! Great place!

After researching different salons (I am pretty picky with my haircuts… have had a few duds) I decided to go with Tangles since it had so many great reviews. I was not let down! Sarah Reed cut and styled my hair today and it came out fantastic! I was greeted right away, checked in and was offered something to drink while I waited. I only sat there for a couple min. and it was my turn. Sarah asked what I wanted and did exactly what I asked. Everyone there was very friendly, it was clean and all the customers came out with great styles. I will become a regular there!

This is a great salon in their first year. The stylists are friendly and supportive of their customers. I always hear stylists asking what the customer wants. My stylist Alicia, also the owner, always double checks with me about my choices and desires. I get my hair colored and cut each month, and when I said I wanted more red she asked if I was sure. Then, she carefully asked how much red, and how I wanted it to look. I really appreciate stylists who ask before doing and focus on their customers. The prices are reasonable and there are enough stylists available to accommodate your needs even as a walk-​in. I also like the celebratory attitude of this shop because they often work to celebrate with staff and customers so this is a happy place.
