Starbucks

I go to a LOT of Starbucks. It’s my go too place in general. However, this one is SLOW. I don’t know why they seem so much slower than the average Starbucks. I try to avoid them. Even when I use the mobile app I have to wait.

I’m from Michigan where winter never ends, I stopped in yesterday for my favorite all time Iced venti quad caramel macchiato extra caramel nonfat and Austin forgot it was iced. I mean, I really switched that drink up and he seemed kinda flustered. Maybe he was new, or maybe it was because I was being obvious that I found him extremely attractive. Either way, he was adorable, the service was great, and even though my coffee was hot I was still satisfied it was prepared correctly. Thanks Austin ;)

Fast service! Love the snack options for anytime of the day. Breakfast is good. Always willing to make that special order! Easy pay with card or phone.

This Starbucks has really gone down hill the past few months. The iced coffee has tasted terrible every time I go to this location lately. Today I accidentally sent my mobile order to this location and thought it would be ok because it had been a few weeks since I last came in to this store. Nope. It was even worse. The only reason I would come in to this store is to see Val and Maria. They are absolutely awesome.

I was reminded why I wish this coffee chain would burn to the ground. $ 1.50 for a fucking shot of peppermint, that’s not just robbery it outright rape.

How do I love thee? Let me count the shots of espresso!
This spot is great! The baristas are good at what they do. Drive thru is worked very quickly!
My very specific coffee order is consistently made to perfection & something sweet or funny is always written on my cup!
I’ve gotten several food items here, always delicious & piping hot!
As far as great Starbuck’s go… this place wins!
Lost a star for the absolutely horrific manner in which the parking lot is arranged. Now that one has gone in at 27^th… I will come to this one less often…

It’s a good meeting place to do some business. The space is not huge but not small either. It is fairly quiet when I came in. The people working were very friendly and took my order and delivered it flawlessly. I am always a big fan of the Chai tea latte with a little bit of vanilla.

This Starbucks is nearby my place. They are consistent and do a great job. I don’t have problems with my orders getting messed up. I just wish it wasn’t so busy. It’s crazy there especially the drive thru line. I will park my car in my in most days because it’s much quicker to go inside. M
Nice seating inside and not too busy. Bathrooms clean. Personally I would like more lounge seating.

Typical Starbucks drinks. The drive through is always packed and there is never any available parking yet when you walk in nobody is in line… We ordered our drinks. Just 2 drinks and it took what seemed like forever. Maybe because before they started making the drinks all 3 girls stood around talking. Customer service could be better.

I’ve been to this location numerous times but usually use the drive-​thru. This time I went inside to order and received the worst customer service. There were two people in line ahead of me and the customer ordering at the counter requested some sort of specialty Frappuccino. The barista had to look up on her phone how to make it. It took her 5 minutes to do this. I’m thinking, my drink order is relatively simple (americano), it’ll be out in no time once I’ve ordered. I was wrong. Took another five minutes for my empty cup just to be queued up since the barista had to remake another Frappuccino. And for some reason the two customers who ordered after me got their drinks out before mine. To add to the aggravation, one barista appeared very disheveled as though she was still drunk from the night before or possibly high on something. After she finished making the specialty Frappuccino she proceeded to have a drawn out conversation about the uniqueness of the order as though she was experiencing a moment of transcendence and/​or euphoria. Meanwhile, the customer ahead of me and I were still waiting on our drinks. I asked the manager for a refund because I had to leave for work and said the wait is too long and he gave me the refund but didn’t apologize for the poor service. This starbucks did NOT appear to be understaffed. There were at least two extra employees in the back (including the manager) who could’ve assisted during this time when they were backed up yet were oblivious. They were extremely inefficient and unapologetic. I will no longer visit this location as it is not worth the waste of time.

A nice location not too far from the freeway (I-​35), so it’s a nice stop during a road trip. Typical Starbucks fare, typical Starbucks layout, although service can be a little slow at times. Has become a regular stop for us when traveling through Oklahoma.

Great great location! Service is warm and they make you feel like you are a regular (ok, I AM a regular). Some of the Baristas will even serenade you on your birthday. Pastries are fresh and the orders are right.

This is my #1 choice for coffee in the mornings… they’re always friendly and have plenty of staff. The wait is never too long.

Friendly drive-​thru employees. Not a fan of their entrance into the drive thru however. It seems as if they have 3 ways into one lane which may slow things down if it is busy.

I pretty much just love anything Starbucks. Staff is consistently friendly. Except for the Starbucks inside target. They are usually pretty incompetent from all my past experiences there.

This is seriously the best Starbucks that I have ever been too!
They have top quality service, amazing employees, and their store is always very clean and provides such a warm-​friendly atmosphere. If you are at all close by or reading this, your trip here will not be wasted… in fact you will be missing out if you don’t come. They define excellence here and help maintains the Starbucks name we know and love.

The best Starbucks I’ve been to!
Service– Top Notch. I’ve never had an issue with service, everyone is always kind. Any problems with an order were quickly dealt with, and I was given a free drink coupon. Staff appear well groomed and take care of themselves.
Quality– Top Notch. Coffee is always delicious, and drinks are made to order with no issues. The bar is always stocked with fresh milk/​half and half/​sugar/​flavor powders/​stir sticks and napkins.
Recommendations: Green Tea Frap, Red Eye with a shot of white chocolate
