Long John Silver’s

My family and I arrived in the drive thru around 16:30 and was able to place our order at 16:37. Our tick number was 1871 for $ 26.24. We were not to pay for our food until 16:52 and then we had to wait for our order of 3 shrimp to cook. They handed out our order at 17:04. I asked to speak to the manager regarding this and the unrealistic delay and he simply stated that he was in the middle of a shift change and made no offer to correct the problem. He simply said «sorry about that» and sent us on the way. Most fast food restaurants strive for a drive thru time of 3 minutes or less. And after being blown off by the manager for our ridiculous delay, I do not see why I should spend my hard earned money at this establishment. I am truly disappointed in the service I received from this company.
