First off, I love Buffalo Wild Wings. This review is specifically about this location. I visited on 2÷4÷16 with a group for dinner. Our waitress, Meagan, was… well, I want to be nice and say she was«flighty» or «absentminded», but honestly, I just think she was just high. Which, whatever– if you can handle yourself, that’s none of my business. But that wasn’t the case here. She kept forgetting things she said she’d bring over, and coming back to ask us what she’d left to get. Then asking the same people repeatedly if they wanted another beer, even after they’d already said yes. There was a whole long, drawn-out debacle with her bringing two people in out party the wrong beer and when she replaced it, brought them the exact same wrong beer. And spent WAY too long explaining that this wasn’t her fault. Still, all this is not enough for me to really be too upset– I mean, we got our food and drinks in a reasonable amount of time, and the appetizers came out well before the entrees, which was very nice. Here’s what got me on this visit, and will probably keep me from ever going back here: HAIR. SOMUCHHAIR, EVERYWHERE. Without exaggeration, 95% of the servers I saw in the restaurant(and there were a LOT on this night, because it was«Boneless Thursday– 65 cent boneless wings– and they were extra busy) had long hair, and most were not restraining it in any way, whatsoever. Nary a barrette nor a headband in sight. Our waitress had particularly scuzzy-looking hair– and I don’t mean that as an indictment of her personal hygiene so much as an explanation of why it was so DISTRESSING when she kept TOUCHING in and FLIPPING it over our food and beverages. At one point, a person in my party actually reached out and moved their items out from under this barrage, but she didn’t seem to notice due to the aforementioned absent-mindedness. Now, I have worked in food service. I wouldn’t feel right posting some of the reviews that I do if I hadn’t. My husband currently works as a server. So I’m familiar with the rules of food service. And I was pretty sure that local health codes don’t allow this kind of thing. So I texted my husband, who’s just had to re-certify his food handler’s permit, and asked. He tells me, yes, long hair has to be pulled back and either braided or up off of the collar. Now, just to see if he was wrong, I googled BWW’s employee handbook(«Playbook») to see what it said. If you are interested, it said this: «…Your hair needs to be pulled back and restrained if there is any chance it could fall forward over your shoulders.» Now, this could be an outdated version of their rules that I’m looking at, but I’m thinking that NOT having hair in your food is a pretty universal desire of dining patrons everywhere, so I imagine this rule, along with county health codes, haven’t changed any time recently. And yet almost every single server in the restaurant had hair that was way past their shoulders, and right in front, dangling over customers’ food. Someone in my group said«Maybe they don’t serve the food– maybe it is runners from the kitchen.» Reasonable. But, sadly, this was not the case. This girl, who had touched her(sorry, but…) DIRTY-looking hair multiple times in front of us, did in fact serve us our food. Which, if you’re not familiar with BWW, comes in little paper«boats» that they pretty much HAVE to put their fingers inside of in order to serve it to you. So, hair-fingers in the boats. Hair flying everywhere. Just hair, hair, hair. There WAS a manager on duty, so this didn’t seem to be a case of the mice playing while the cat was away. So obviously, he’s aware of this but doesn’t enforce it. Regardless, I didn’t want to stop my group on the way out to remind him of the health codes and BWW rules he’s clearly breaking. So sure, I am pregnant and I haven’t had my flu shot yet, which makes me particularly sensitive to food safety and germs right now. But c’mon, if you’re not a fan of other peoples’ hair near /around /in your food, you might just want to steer clear of this location altogether. And if they’re this lax about things that are open and obvious to customers, I can’t imagine what they’re doing in the kitchen, behind closed doors.

Service isn’t so great here… Only had good service once or twice out of like 10 times going. I only go on Tuesdays or Thursdays for the cheaper wings. Drinks are okay as well, but it’s good to come here for late eats since most places close around 9 or 10.

I love BWW! I will never go back to this one. The wings tasted like rubber and they finally brought me out a fresh order and they tasted the same. This BWW seriously needs to be looked at by the management. It looks like a run down bar and the bathrooms are horrific to say the least. Took forever to be seated and the staff are not pleasant at all. Did I say that I will never, ever, ever go back to this location.

Food: 1⁄5 Service: 1⁄5 Cleanliness: 1⁄5 Décor & Style: 2⁄5 First, see my BW3 South OKC review here This place in Moore is identical! This place smell’s like wet mop! Just like the SWOKC location. In addition, we had a server that was very slow and gave us the whole«sorry I have wayy too many tables» spiel. That’s on management always stacking their servers. Again, I go here because friends pick this place, I sure wouldn’t! 2⁄5 star because the wing sauce is not too bad, otherwise an easy 0 star place. All other foods I tasted were subpar as well. 2⁄5 star for décor because they have multiple TVs and is beneficial for sporting events, however this place(all locations) look outdated(1990’s sports bar look).

A friend and I went there around 2 pm. After waiting for 3 minutes at the hostess stand while a counter girl stared at us while arguing with someone on the phone someone SCREAMED for the hostess. We were seated and ignored. The waitress did her thing then took our order. I ordered a burger(do not ever, ever do this here)! Fifteen minutes later she delivers another table’s order to us. As we stare at the food in front of us in confusion she realizes her mistake. She said it takes a while to cook their burgers. As we were about to leave I am delivered a burger with a patty between a quarter of an inch and an half of an inch thick. It was cold and burnt to a crisp. This patty would have taken three minutes to cook, five to burn. Why did it take 25 minutes to get it, and if it took time to cook why was it cold? This place is awful!!! By the way there were four other customers in there and three dirty tables that were never bussed while we were there.

I love BWW. That being said, this place has the worst customer service and management I have ever seen. The wait times are ridiculous. I have waited up to an hour for a to-go order(they kept getting it wrong). I frequently work out of Norman so I am tempted to stop here to eat. Instead I drive back to Edmond where I live and eat at the BWW there. They have friendly waitresses and a quick response time. Whenever I have been to this BWW, I have noticed I’m not the only patron upset about the service. Hopefully BWW will seriously consider cleaning house here because it’s awful otherwise!

This place is awful, went there on a Sunday with a group of 15 at 4pm and we were told there wasn’t a waitress available for our group until around 5 o clock, we could either leave and come back or sit there unattended until someone could help us, I called another location and was told there was no such thing as that, and it wasn’t busy at all, and the hostess had the nerve to be rude about it, it completely sucks in every way.

Ate here last night. Hostess seated us and it took 15 minutes for us to get drinks(and they weren’t at full capacity). I actually had to get up and talk to one of the many workers standing around talking. Buffalo wild wings used to be a good spot, but within the last few years they have really went downhill. We ordered wings, and they were hot and tasted pretty good, but not worth the terrible service that always seems to happen. I don’t see many more visits in my future. Much better sports venues to watch the game.

I’m going to keep this simple and bullet point all of the key events of the night that led this to being my last one at Buffalo Wild Wings: 1) 23 minutes after being seated our initial drink order was taken a long with appetizers. 2) 2 of their advertised beers were out. I found this out minutes after each order when I had to place a new order. 3) I received said beer 19 minutes after placing the final order of something they had on tap. 4) we received our appetizers almost an hour after arriving. Order got LOST after being told by the kitchen after waitress said they were just about ready and coming out now. We found out they were lost 25 minutes after being told this. 5) my friends ID was rejected because it looked wrong. Waitress told us it did not match what showed in their book. After asking the manager, he said he decided on his own not to serve him because of how it looked. Somebody was lying to us about why it was rejected. 6) ordered lemon pepper wings and they arrived as plain wings. Solution to the problem was bringing a cup of the seasoning. Overall this was an absolutely horrible experience and I will not be returning to this BWW if any at all. This customer service reached an all time low at any eating establishment that I have been to. For shame, Buffalo Wild Wings. For shame.

I know, I know… it’s a chain and they tend to be all the same. I wouldn’t have even tried it if I could find a decent place in the area with fantastic wings, but I was desperate and I’m glad I gave it a go. The staff are witty and cute, and they never fail to give great service. I love that the bar area still lets you light up, and I actually really(and I’m being sincere) like their wings. I’m not saying they come out of nowhere with a new take on the dish, but they have lots of flavors and if you know what you like you can find some version of it here. Plus, they have lunch specials, a large selection of drinks, and if you come back the bar tender knows your name. Once I tried ordering a new flavor, and the bar tender told me she thought I really wouldn’t like it. I appreciate that! Who doesn’t want to go to a place where their tastes are known and applied.

I love BWW, I have been to a lot locations in other states but his particular location just isn’t up to par. We usually go later at night and we sit in the bar and the servers have been friendly but most of the time they seem distracted and not very interested in checking on how the guests are doing. What is particularly frustrating is that they seem to be too wrapped up in work place drama that they seem to forget they are working and that it is just a big social gathering. Lastly, my boyfriend went into the bathroom the last time we were there and he walked in to a guy mopping the floor and then using the same mop to clean the toilet. When we told the manager he seemed to not be too concerned about it. So they are an OKBBW but they can really use some more training in my opinion.

The wings are good and you can order the sauce you want anywhere from mild to blazing hot. Usually a little noisy but they have lots of TVS showing lots of different sports so if you go during an exciting game the noise can be deafening.

If you love BWW nationwide… this is not the place for you. The bar staff here is exceptional, with some of the best bartenders in Moore at this location. That is as nice as I can be about this Buffalo. Management is terrible. The restrooms are worse than a truck stop. Food is inconsistent and generally not what they show on the menu. While I continue to frequent this location to see the great bar staff, this location could use a complete management overhaul to focus on the customer experience of everything but the bar top.

Unfortunately … not impressed! Poor customer service. The restaurant itself is a good size, with great location… However, on the date we decided to go, there were only eight other patrons seated. When asked if we could sit in booth, hostess rolled eyes and huffed(there were 10 booths available and empty). We then were seated, 10 minutes later we never met our server — we politely left. The hostess thanked us for our business… would not got back!

Getting here early for lunch at 11:00 is the key. The waitresses are all very attentive and always on top of refills and getting me a to go drink before I leave. The food comes out the right temperature. The manager always seems to be walking around checking on customers. They have food to good and it is decent but not near as good as eating it in the restaurant. I always get the boneless wings so I don’t branch out much here. Good food, good service, good atmosphere to meet with friends or watch sports.

Great service from the bartender. Food was good, typical buffalo food so nothing negative there. The main reason for my 3 star review is because you’re allowed too smoke in the bar area. Coming from the Pacific Northwest where this is not allowed, it was quite interesting and disappointing.

We used to come here all the time… About 5+ years ago the service was great… Now the service and the tea is horrible! Food takes forever and the waitresses are never friendly. They definitely need new management. This place is never as busy as it used to be. This is the worst BWW I have ever been to. The food is the only thing decent here…

The dining experience was sub par at best. The place was packed, but that is no excuse for what I experienced. At the beginning of dinner I was given a menu that stuck together and clearly wasn’t clean, then I was given a plastic knife and fork because they ran out of clean silverware, followed by a total of 6 tables surrounding me that went uncleaned for 30 minutes, lastly the naked chicken tenders were undercooked and very pink. I expected better from them considering the great service I have gotten at other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants. On a positive note the waitress had a great attitude.

This place… SMH. On SEVERAL, AND I DOMEANMULTIPLE occasions, my ex and I would go here and, I kid you not EVERYTIME we would go here some waitress would be crying at this place. All of these young, spoiled, lack of work ethic southern debutants couldn’t do a REAL honest days work at this place if they tried. Put more bluntly… Many customers, me included have had downright horrible, rude, even mean service here. These girls are so moronic and lazy it’s ridiculous. I went because my ex loved the food, but even he agreed the service was horrible 7⁄10 times. Also, it’s one of the only late night choices we had. Don’t tip the bad ones. The restaurant is obligated to make up the difference. They get paid either way.

I have been here multiple times, but this is the first time I’ve been here after joining Unilocal. Usually, the service is great. I don’t know if it was because I was being serviced by high school females, because I was with a handsome male, or because the girls were just tired — maybe a combination of all three. I was treated as a customer that walked in the door just minutes before they closed, although they didn’t close for another 3 hours. We left probably at least half an hour before I normally would have because terrible customer service just makes for a terrible mood. And tip, in my opinion. Although the place was all but dead, we had to wait for one of the 3 employees standing near the front to notice us so that we could be seated. They didn’t feel like working, so they just stared at us until the hostess walked back from the bathroom. She asked, «Two?» and then promptly turned and walked to a booth against the wall, set the menus down, and walked off without saying another word to us. Normally I don’t care where I sit, but their flat wooden benches are a pain in my ass — literally. The waitress finally showed up to our table to take our orders, but had a hard time listening to what we were saying and answering out questions. I had to get up to ask for a to-go box, which was thrown onto the table upon delivery, and again to ask for our check. At this point, I was fuming; so I went out to the car while my boyfriend paid and spared the girls the wrath of Veronica — and probably gave a nice tip, the good Samaritan!
