Great establishment! The selection is never disappointing and the young employees are always extremely upbeat and professional. My family’s favorite night out is dinner at broken bones(same parking lot) followed by «in the moo!» Keep up the great work!

Love this place. My husband & I moved from Castle Rock to Monument a little over a year ago. We have been coming here since & can’t get enough. I love the Tahitian Vanilla, it’s so delicious. It’s good enough to eat alone and of course with toppings. I also love the cookies n’ crème! Wonderful place, kid friendly & the staff is always kind to us. They also have a loyalty program and half the time we get money off or free yogurt! Which is great

Overall not a bad experience. Had better frozen yogurt. I didn’t receive an attitude from the teenagers there. Probably would not go back nothing was spectacular although they did have free Wi-Fi and a chalk table for kids.

. 111 The little girl who rang us up had a bit of an attitude and when I asked for a water the guy behind the counter said you can either buy one or there’s a water fountain I said would you mind giving me a cup so I can put some water in it from the water fountain he picked up a cup and then said hang on I have to go check to see if I have to charge you… I just went and sat down. Anyway just kinda consistently poor customer service and attitudes from the kids who work there.

Frozen yogurt is very good but continually get attitudes from the teenager employees. After purchasing 19.00 worth of yogurt and being told their loyalty program is down I asked if I could get a receipt and add it back on when it is working the girl replied to me that no they wouldn’t do that. I have bought a lot of yogurt from In The Moo and say that to a regular customer is just stupid. They have no concept of real customer service.

We were so excited to try this new place when we saw it coming back from having such a great dinner with of friends, however when we pulled up to park we noticed an employee cleaning tables, and as soon as he saw us he slammed the chair on the grown. He then proceeded behind the register where he threw his towel on the counter and threw his hands in the air and said something to the other person behind the counter. It was around 9:30 pm and they close at 10:00pm needless to say after we saw how he reacted as soon as we showed up we did not enter. I am there to provide them with my business and not to be disrespected by their employees. I really hope they get talked to because i will not be patronizing this place.

Just pulled up to try this place out and the teenager make us feel less than welcome! Before we even parked the car we could see him through the front door as he slammed the chair on the floor(we assume he was cleaning up for the night) then he proceeded behind the counter to throw his towel on the table and throw his arms up saying something. Needless to say we did not enter, after a good nights dinner we thought we would top it off with yogurt but not if it meant dealing with a disrespectful employee that is more concerned with closing the shop than helping customers.

They get four stars for the following reasons: Great name! Easy parking. Large selection of yummy flavors. Huge selection of tantalizing toppings. Competitive price. Décor and seating. Free Wifi. Friendly staff. Temperature sensitive spoons.

The best Yogurt shop I’ve been to yet. there decorations for Holloween that they had up were very cool. There ounces are the cheapest I’ve seen, and there environment with the music and TV makes the yogurt shop looks like a fun place to go get some delicious yogurt. 1 out of 10 i rate it an11 and THATSERRYDAY!

Alot like the many other fro-yo places in town allthough this one is most convient in the monument area. The flavor and topping selection is good but I personally like certain flavors at other locations a little better. Always clean, more seating than most competing locations, and has a large bar area with a window that opens to the outside — nice.

Happy they are here in Monument! Been there several times since they have opened. Very clean place, employees are friendly. They have at least 10 – 12 flavors to choose from, all are great! Just wish they would change it up a little more often.

What a great addition to Monument! Much better than the ol’ Radio Shack. In The Moo has a dozen flavors of froyo and sherbet/sorbet to choose from, at a competitive $ 0.45 an ounce. The décor is funky and typical; I’m really looking forward to the summer when they’ll open the roll up window and you can sit at the bar. I found the«Old Fashioned Peanut Butter» to taste very genuine. My wife and I will definitely be back. The next closest froyo place is all the way down in Briargate.
