Please please please let the owner read this– at 7:30 on a Sunday night in July, the TWO employees are just not enough. I’m sure they’re nice kids, but I have never… ever…seen an ice cream shop move so slowly. Waited in line and finally had to walk out after watching three people served in 30min. If you’re only going to have 2 people on shift, please make them your top employees. Again, I’m sure they’re nice kids and I applaud them for actually working for $- but 30 min in line; cold stone is just not that good. Saw a bunch more people come in, wait a few minutes and then leave. Oh, or to mention its national ice cream day– could have driven down to rizutos, eaten their delicious ice cream and driven home in the time spent waiting here

I’ve been to this Cold Stone location about a half a dozen times. As with any Cold Stone, the ice cream is good but a little on the pricey side. For that, I start with four stars. The issue I have with this place is cleanliness. The place is usually pretty untidy. I’m literally sitting in the place right now as I write this review in the mid afternoon on a weekday. I’m the only customer here and there are two employees. The floor looks like it hasn’t berth swept in a week and most of the tables are dirty. I guess the workers are too busy with all the other customers to clean the place up… smh

Real ice cream with fun things mixed in! Now they have cake, brownies, truffles and cookies to add to the tummies. Shakes and smoothies on the menu. The cake selection is great. They have boxes of Sweet Cream bars! Yummy

I haven’t been to a Cold Stone in years. Holy hell it’s expensive. A small is $ 4.69! I’ve lived in Monument for going on 8 years and this was the one and only time I’ve been in. Cold Stone just never crosses my mind. Shoot, I drive past it to get something sweet at Freddy’s. I’m not sure how they’ve managed to stay in business so long especially with the influx of froyo places. I think I’d still pick In The Moo, Orange Leaf or Freddy’s over Cold Stone for my sweet tooth fix.
