I had to upgrade my review after I ate their danishes yesterday. Great fresh made pastries here. It’s a little old shop in Montoursville PA. Old fashion and home made style. Their cheese danish, cherry danish and blueberry&raspberry danish are so delicious! The price is very reasonable. A nice big danish is only 90 cents. Raisin cookies are very good too. There are so many choices at very reasonable price, you will find something you like.

Rosencrans is unbelievable! It is an absolute institution. Two things to try before you die= the danish (cheese or cherry) are incredibly flaky and melt in your mouth good. Second, are the mini cream puffs, you can get them with either lemon or regular white cream filling (I don’t like lemon). I used to get a box (they charge by the pound) and bring them to the office and see the faces light up.
They are the classic old time bakery, you feel like you’re walking back into the 50’s when inside, and that’s a good thing.
