The food is wonderful! Best for take out, not a lot of dining space. Only accepts cash, but there is an ATM across the street. Just come prepared. The food is worth the inconvenience.

I have never felt more welcomed in a place than here. The BBQ is good, had ribs which were ok but brisket and sausage were excellent! We will keep coming back.

Outstanding food and great owner. Grandpa Lee cooks EVERYTHING right there on site. The brisket melts in your mouth. It’s a friendly place and he caters too. Stop by on your way through Montgomery, TX. You’ll be glad you did.

Best BBQ in Texas!!! Amazing!!! The owners are so sweet! The owner is a retired Montgomery County Sheriff! The BBQ literally fell apart in your mouth! It’s a literal hole in the wall… but what it’s lacking in ambiance it makes up in flavor! It was yummy will be back very soon!!!

Tasted like heaven. It’s for the bbq purist. Friendly service, small but quaint. Will eat here every time I am in Montgomery.

Don’t expect to find a place to sit or stand. This place only holds 3 tables. This place is a real small place. Their food however is the best I’ve had in a while pertaining to BBQ. The potato salad is best yet that I tasted and I don’t even like potato salad. The beans could use more seasoning but other than that I rate this place a 4 star.

It does not matter what the hours say. This place is open sometimes. You just are never sure when. Right now it is open from roughly 10a to 6−7p. It is very hit or miss.
The place is very small with 2 tables and a short counter. This is really not a dine in place. It is much more suited to take out. There is usually only one person working. My boys 19 & 16, say the BBQ is great. I have not tried it.
