The shaken tea is literally light brown water. No other Starbucks makes it this way. I drive to Conroe just to get real tea. Make it stronger.

I use to think this was the best starbucks around. They use to have the same couple of people working there but recently it’s always a new person. I have gone there almost everyday the last couple of weeks to get the same drink I can’t get my mind off of, a venti iced caramel macchiotto with extra caramel. They literally only got it right one time out of 14 times. 10 times they didn’t put extra caramel, 2 times they got the wrong size, 2 times they gave me the wrong drink, once they tried to charge me twice, another time they got pissed off cause i wanted extra caramel so they filled almost half my cup with caramel and 3 of the times the expresso in my coffee tasted old. I give up!!! I will never go to this Starbucks again! EVER!!!

Sadly this Starbucks did not impress. Dirty outside and inside. Drinks were good, but this place is too expensive to be so sloppy. I expected much more upkeep. There wasn’t any attempt to clean up even after

Nicole… rude. Horrible attitude. We had bought a tea gift set and when the recipient opened it it was empty. We took it back. The young man behind the counter was very nice. He went and got Nicole from the back, she came out very rudely announced that she couldn’t exchange it without the receipt. (we didn’t have the receipt as it turned out) I understand about the receipt, however there was no reason for her attitude! The Starbucks on the loop exchanged it with no problem after we told them what happened.

The flies are horrible! Their drinks aren’t bad or the service but the flies swarm you and no one working seems to care about it. Use the window and don’t risk being pissed off because you can’t write one page paper without looking like you’re crazy swatting flies away…

I was up here to shoot a wedding and we were really early because we did not know how long it would take to get up North. To kill time, luckily they had just opened up a new starbucks in a relatively new strip center too. It’s what you expect out of a starbucks. I love their caramel ribbon frap now, it’s basically their old caramel frap but with those little chunks of caramel on top.

I was looking for a peaceful place to work on my laptop and make calls yesterday. While the service and food was awesome (isn’t it always?), I couldn’t find a power outlet for my laptop, therefore I couldn’t use my laptop for long, and then my phone was dying, making my stop kinda worthless. The music was kinda loud, so I couldn’t make calls, but it didn’t matter since my battery was dying anyway. View was incredible and as always, I loved the atmosphere.

Starbucks is my happy place, and it must be for the guys and gals that work at this location too! They are always so friendly and yes they like to tempt us with samples which I always fall for… But I’m pretty much a push over for their pastry case!

They seem to have more adorable things here than other StarBucks I’ve been to. They’ve also got a drive through and SAMPLES. I LOVE SAMPLES.

As already noted, this is nothing to be excited about, just another Starbucks.
However, I’ve always had a clean experience at this Starbucks and there are, in fact, outside trashcans now.
Also, Wi-​Fi is now free in all Starbucks locations, so that’s another plus.

Lake Conroe has a Starbucks. I’m putting it in Unilocal,as the business wasn’t even listed here. Starbucks, love it or hate it, just another generic location. I went inside and had a double expression, the service was respectable.
This location is right on the lake, you can dock outside. Also has a drive-​through, very popular the evening I was here!
THE BAD: The outside bench area (furthest from the entrance) needs a trash can as there is a lot of mess left out. employees need to do a better job cleaning up after the sloppy patrons. Cigarette butts and trash strewn around the evening I visited.
