Did not wash hands before making my banana split and proceed to touch and slice the banana with the same hands. Hands were not washed before slicing the strawberries either. Person behind me was helped first even though I was front; due to stereotyping. Employees need to be more professional even if they are young girls.

Staff welcomes you as soon as you enter. There are so many ice creams and sorbets to choose from and they let you taste as many as you would like. Then you choose mix ins! And finally choose how you would like it– cup, cone, waffle cup, waffle cone.
