I stayed 4 nights while on business. I would recommend this location to anyone. The staff were all very nice and helpful, the hotel was clean, the free breakfast was great and housekeeping did an outstanding job.

This is the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed at everyone who works there goes above and beyond. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable I actually slept thru the night! Great free breakfast served from 6 am-​10am daily. We drive to Montgomery a few times a year and we have found our new home away from home!

This was a great hotel but it has gone down hill in the last couple of years. The carpeting is dirty and the rooms smell bad. At one time we referred to this place as «the Hampton Inn that thinks it’s a Ritz Carlton». Those days are past. This will be our last stay here.

Love this place. I think if you must stay in a hotel in Montgomery, it would either have to be here – if you really want to be near the shopping, or at the Renaissance downtown if you want to be near downtown.
The place is clean, cozy, and really comfortable. The staff is also very friendly. The breakfast is included in the cost, and I was impressed the breakfast host was very attentive and friendly.
I suppose this place has lots of «Southern Hospitality.»

The most friendly of staff that I have ever seen. Every time we past the front desk, the staff would always say hello. When we were checking out the management had to-​go bags for breakfast since we could not join the dining area. The place was immaculately clean. There were numerous personal touches throughout the hotel which contributed to a wonderful experience.
