Line of six and I see four ladies on the floor and no one is opening a second cash register. Just walking around

I really want to leave less. Made a trip here rather than the Bay Area as the Salinas store has been filthy for years and people just throw things there. I was in the store for ten minutes looking for what full coverage bras were available in my size. I was passed and stared at by more than 5 sales reps. One saying your good here right? I had to hear the gossip about this country worker and that one and who had called out etc. Twice I had to say excuse me as they gathered in these discussions and blocked the drawers actually leaning against them. Your POS in the store on the secret rewards was such small print it was mis leading. No purchase necessary but they were not giving them they were allowing them to be used. No one spoke of specials until I got to the register which always takes a wait in this store. One young lady told two of us waiting about the very sexy 2 perfume and the mister price. The underwear price was told at the register and I didn’t want to hold up the line so I didn’t buy them. No discount outside of the on line were available. Very disappointing ! I really wish you’d hire more mature people and have a better representation of girls who could wear your full line. Not exactly all types of people there to speak to all of us. Your Sales could be so much better! These girls were more judge mental. No one owned their zone or was well versed in present promotions. Un organized, lack of knowledge, un marked drawers (size) dust bunnies on bras, filthy table cloths with stains, drawers stuck and un openable. Poor representation. I felt like I’d be safer getting things still in the package via the mail. Soma doesn’t have these issues. You’ve lost your pride in ownership. Very un aware of the inventory in the back. Time for training (train the trainer style so it sticks)!! Time to clean and time for customer appreciation! Proper conversation on floor and proper place for the mini meetings needed. Time management etc. Hope you take Unilocal reviews to heart.

Amazing customer service!!! This is my very first time going to Victoria Secret ever, I know what’s wrong with me right?! I walked around the store and looked for a while then a sweet girl named Rose helped me out with a fitting! She was extremely helpful even told me I might be wearing the wrong size! After a couple fittings I couldn’t believe how amazing my boobs looked! I ended up buying two bras and matching panties. I’m definitely coming back! She made an amazing first experience for me at Victoria Secret!

The service was terrible. Waited in line for a cashier, one lady came over
and helped the person in front of us and then left after stating, «someone
will be right with you»??? Say what??? You just helped the person in
front of us, after the cashier was done with the other person she stated
I am so sorry she left, I don’t even know why she came over in the
first place.” What??? So you have too many ladies standing around talking
and not helping, or talking in the mic’s I will not go back here again!!!
No Stars. you lost two customers! Do you even care?

Even though the inventory isn’t always there, the staff is always super helpful and willing to order anything you need.

I love this store, the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the customer service can be hit and miss… Some days I go in and the service is amazing. In fact there are even a few people that work there who remember when I come in and always help me out and I have a good time. On occasion there will be a lack of costumer service and they aren’t the greatest at letting you know if there is a special going on.(I.E. they are giving out a bag with purchase or other little promos they have.) If the costumer service is lacking I just leave and come back when the nice team of workers is there.

Below was my personal shopping experience. You might be luckier to get better customer service;-)
I was looking around in the store for about 10 mins and tried two sweaters in the fitting room, called service once, however, I didn’t know about special sale until I was at the cashier and asked cashier about it.
One of the sweater was on sale online. Same style, same color. Cashier checked store’s pricing system and said if I could show her VS website price on my phone, she’ll give me the online price. I didn’t bring my smart phone so I asked her if any of her colleagues can help with checking, she said one of her colleague can check it with iPod (seriously? iPod/​?) Then she left and returned, telling me it was the same price, not on sale.
My suggestion of shopping at this store is:
1) ask about special discounts, events yourself because very likely, you will pay the same but not getting benefits for what you’ve paid
2) bring your smart phone just in case;-)

I love Victoria’s Secret! Their stuff may be expensive, but they have great sales (7 for $ 26 panties? I think yes!). The staff is always so friendly and attentive. Plus, their clothes (well at least their PINK line) are comfortable and tend to run a bit bigger than at stores like Hollister. I am a fairly big girl girth-​wise and a size Large is fairly loose and relaxed on me. Sometimes, I’m able to fit in a size Medium!
My only complaint about this place is the dressing rooms, which can be a little hard to find.
Oh, they are also one of those places that charges for bags. However the bags that you get are good bags and have handles (unlike at Macy’s).

I hate this store, they would not give me customer service last weekend.

Always knowledgeable, friendly staff… as for the review a few down.
I would be grateful they didn’t just let ANYONE use my moms credit card, the last thing anyone would want is to have a bunch a charges accumulate she didn’t make. It’s good to know that THIS Victoria’s Secret looks out for its customers!

They were very friendly when I inquired as to when the store opened today. Unfortunately, I could not be here at 6 am, but hey I still got some cute stuff. Most of the good stuff were gone already, but oh well. Great customer service!

I have not once received good customer service at this location.

Hip now. I mean since they moved and revamped VS at Del Monte. Friendly and attentive service always. Lately they have been having killer sales… I think I went overboard.

I have visited this particular Victoria’s Secret location twice now and have been thoroughly impressed both times. Their salespeople are friendly (but not pushy! This is very important). On my first visit, one of the women working helped me pick out a new bra and it quickly became my favorite. On my second visit, I was looking for a gift for my sister and was told that if I bought her an item from their PINK collection, I would get a free pair of underwear as well. I’m sold on this place and definitely plan to hit up this location during the big Victoria’s Secret semi-​annual sales.

I will stick with the Capitola store– the women who work there are more customer service oriented other than folding or doing whatever until someone asks you for help/​a fitting room. But I did get a cute piece of lingerie. hubba hubba… I can’t wait to see the finished remodeled project… while they are remodeling VS is right near by the old location– about five stores down or so
