After not having a great day traveling through the south, we finally made it here at about 11pm. This had great reviews and the room itself was just fine, very spacious, nice TV, comfortable beds. But… why would the girl at the front desk(whose boyfriend was hanging out with her behind the front desk) put us in the room that was next to the lobby, where we were able to hear everyone making their waffles and the loud TV in the lobby on Fox News, when obviously the hotel was not full? We also had the pleasure of listening to a crying baby for about an hour. When we arrived I asked her if she knew of any food delivery or nearby places that would be open. The boyfriend acted like I was bothering them and after that I shut down. The front desk clerk in the morning was no better, she was so glued to her computer and her cell phone, she didn’t even say hello. The room itself would get 4 stars, but customer service knocks it down.

Agree with Becky M. Beds were spectacular(not what I normaly write regarding motel chains). Plus pet friendly and people friendly. Great home-style breakfast across the street.
