Francis demoed and removed our old termite ridden fence and replaced with a new redwood 40ft fence in two days! His work is incredibly efficient, and professional. Leaving the work site clean, and ready to enjoy!!! Thank you so much Francis!!!

This guy came off extremely rude when I contacted him via email to contract for our (very large) renovation project.
He initially responded with…
«Happy to meet. I charge a $ 300 consulting fee. Let me know what time works best.»
I was not sure whether the «consulting fee» included the estimate for construction services, so I responded to the email with the following message…
«Does the consulting fee apply to the estimate for construction?»
To which Francis replied…
«I’m not the contractor for you»
I had assumed that Mr. Alwill was a reasonable person based on reviews that I read. I was wrong. His rude and dismissive response was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.
I am so thankful that I did not have the displeasure of working with this arrogant contractor through our extensive renovation as it would surely have been unbearable.
Please carefully consider the manner in which you respond to prospective clients in the future Francis. Your reputation depends on it…
Even if you incorrectly assume the project/​client to be not worth your time.
