This is my third review regarding their inability to honor«no onion» request. At this point, I just can’t imagine why they would ignore a request like that. Today I called Management and actually talked to… someone. They are supposed to send my concerns up the ladder. I will edit my ratings accordingly once I established that they actually know what no hay cebollas means.

For what resembles a small burger/coffee shack, they do a lot well. But sometimes their standards slip. I can’t attest to the quality of their BBQ, burgers, chicken, etc., since I don’t eat those products, but here’s my overview: The good: Fish & chips(available on Fridays only) is well above average. Quality varies some from week to week, but it’s usually properly fried. Needs more seasoning, too. The fries can sometimes be a little on the soggy side(other times they’re great). And they run out of fish if you get there too late. Tuna sandwich – lots of tuna, little filler. Good overall variety of food. Breakfast burritos are very good. Nice variety of condiments to add to your food. The not-so-good: Lines can be really long, esp. at mealtime. They don’t always handle rushes well. Coffee quality is not great, considering that it’s Starbucks. Too often it’s lukewarm. Staff turn over a fair amount, and they don’t always listen well or know the products. Customer service sometimes lacking. Pre-made cold(e.g., tuna) sandwiches sometimes end up with soggy bread. Staff don’t always practice proper hygiene(come on – if you’re handling money, don’t be touching the food with your bare hands!) Breakfast: 6:30 — 10:15 am Lunch: 10:45 am-2 pm
