I recently had the opportunity to hire and listen and enjoy Steel and Me by Nick Williams Music for the staff appreciation day at my child’s school. They were there on time and played really well. Their play list seemed a little bit more jazzy and I was expecting a little bit more upbeat Caribbean music. Nevertheless, the teachers and staff really enjoyed them and that’s what mattered the most.
I recommend Steel and Me for your island-​themed entertainment.

We had Nick Williams (Steel and Me) play at our 10 year anniversary party as a steel drums plus keyboard/​sax duo. They were great and even learned to play the song of our first dance.
Nick is definitely talented: he can play multiple instruments fluently, he can adjust for different room sizes (he made things sound great in our living room), and from start to finish he worked with us without any attitude.
I’m really glad we went with Nick, and I’d definitely recommend him.
