Dr. Ibarra is super gentle and super friendly every time I go. I was in the office just this past Saturday to get my wisdom teeth pulled and the new oral surgeon is great too!

Dr. Ibarra-​Veliz is super friendly, professional and gentle. I have been going to her since I was little. She removed my first loose tooth, handled my first root canal and everything in between. I can honestly say I would not want to be under any other persons supervision.

I do not recommend this place! We’ve gotten our fillings done and the fillings don’t last more than 3 months. I’m not the only one in my family this has happened to. Don’t even get me started on the Orthodontist!!! SHE IS A MEAN LADY. She is an old, sour woman who does care to grab a hold of your lip with the wire, during replacement. The most painful feeling ever. She has done it to me, and my younger brother multiple times. She needs to get sued, seriously. That’s why I moved places, thank god. Don’t go here if you care for the work done in your mouth, as well as your safety.

I have been going to this office since i was a child and have always had nothing but great service from all the staff. I am now married and have 2 kids of my own that also have seen the Dr since they were 2 yrs old and the office manager Helen has always been so kind and helpful to myself and my husband. Anyone looking for a great Dentist in this area should give Dr Ibbarra a call.

I had went here and had a horrible experience. They had accepted my insurance so I thought everything was fine. I was getting fitted for a crown after a root canal. During the time my tooth just had a temporary crown and waiting for the fitted crown to be sent in, they called me and said they DID NOT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE AFTER ALL. WTF!!!
On top of that, they tried to force me to pay for the crown (nearly $ 300) and for them to fit them for me. I had a fit and threatened to sue before they finally did the right thing.
They had claimed that since I was referred to them by another person in my company’s whose insurance they did accept, they ASSUMED I would have the same type of insurance. Now they want me to pay for their mistake? WTF!
Don’t these people actually check paperwork before they accept any type of insurance?
I had also had a filling done here. They don’t give you the option of the white or silver silver. They only do silver.
Do not come here. Unprofessional. The offices also seems old and not as clean as it should be.
