My usual doctor is Dr. Singh Boun. I love Dr. Boun. I went in there today for probable hernia, but it was his partner, Dr. Lee who saw me. I called and they told me to drop in right away. I went in, and I was greeted instantly, paperwork was done instantly. I saw Dr. Lee within minutes. Dr. Lee, just like Dr. Boun was amazing. Very competent, friendly and accommodating. I read one other review here. They do have people who speak «better» English. This clinic is in a predominantly Chinese area, and they mostly see Chinese patients. But be patient when you call, and speak slowly. The doctors are just great.

I just tried calling right now to confirm if they take adult patients or only children. The receptionist hung up on me because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. Just because they are located in Monterey Park doesn’t mean they can’t hire an English speaker.
